The Dream Clean

The owner is a neurotic person and too rude with the employees. Nobody wants to work with him.

They do not provide any quotes beforehand and insist on meeting at the location before. Strangest way of providing an estimate

I honestly don't understand this guy.They were given a set of keys to access the place and didn't have them at their second visit, claiming I never provided them (you locked the place when you left last time) EDIT: this was confirmed, as the keys were dropped off at a later time in conditions I don't want to discuss.We had scheduling mishap in that I forgot they were supposed to show up that day (4 weeks after my original cleaning), they were regardless provided access as normal and they proceeded to complain about the kitchen not being as orderly as it should be and that I had hairs in my bathroom sink, while stating that they weren't maids" (tone problem). There was no expectation from our end that they'd clean my pots

Booked Dream Clean for a moving out clean and they were fabulous. Arrived a bit ahead of schedule and did a fabulous job with minute detailing. I would highly recommend them. Very pleasant people to deal with too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and thoroughness of this company. Communication is top notch and extremely satisfied with the service they provided.
