The service could be better. Method on how images are sent to client was not clearly communicated. Then when called back to ask for a new link to access developed photos the lady asked for money to resend the link while upholding an unfriendly attitude. May I suggest getting a file transfer account that doesn’t have expiring transfers and maybe not charge customers to resend a link.

Incredible service and quality every time. Myself and my family have been loyal customers for almost 20 years. The staff are exceptionally professional and generous with their time and knowledge. I always feel heard, even when I'm not sure how to ask for what I need. My images always come out exactly as I asked, and prices are very fair. An exceptional Vancouver business that I would recommend to all.

I rarely write reviews. I was moved to write one about ABC Photo Ltd. (Vancouver) and especially about Esther Mavric who works at the front desk and is in the customer service department. I have been working on a project for the past few months and Esther has supported me, been kind, patient, and extremely efficient. I was nervous about taking on such a big project but I quickly realized I had the support of Esther and ABC. What a quality job they did. The photographs are exquisitely printed. Esther took such care in communicating and coming through for me many times during these past months. We're close to the finish line and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. I just had to tell someone. Thank you ABC.

I take my colour film to get developed here. They always do a great job and the development of a 120 roll plus a scan is $20. A pretty good deal. They also have colour and b&w film for sale

I've been relying on ABC Photo's services for years, and recommend only them when it comes to fine art printing and photo services. On multiple occasions, they went above and beyond to produce exhibition prints on a very tight turnaround, or facilitate a second set of artwork despite the incredibly challenging restocking issues that are currently plaguing virtually every industry. They really know their stuff, and will advise honestly and professionally. They will sit with you until you are absolutely happy with the result. If so many art professionals with international careers trust ABC Photo, there's a good reason!

WOW... asking a simple question, can you print from large format negatives" actually made the woman from ABC go completely indignant

I needed an ultra-rush job of an iPhone digital image.If you’ve been to a few high-quality photo labs you know how this situation can be received…. Complete disdain.But Esther didn’t give me any superior attitude or disdain about my lack of planning. She was efficient, got the job done fast and for a reasonable price.Really really happy with the customer service and the print looks amazing.Five stars!

Quality lab that does fine work, but very unfriendly staff. Rude and condescending approach to customers, and dismissive and defensive after making mistakes (sent my images to someone else’s email and then tried to charge me to rescan them). There are other lab options in Vancouver with much nicer people.
