I can't say enough good things about this company. We have worked with them for years and the service has been consistently outstanding.Every team member I've ever dealt with has been friendly, professional, responsive, and happy to help. This goes from the customer service folks in the office, to accounting, to the delivery and cleaning/servicing drivers.These guys are a pleasure to work with!

Steven provided fast service, good pricing and most importantly good quality, clean portable toilets to our construction project. The delivery driver followed all instructions and followed all the site safety requirements. It was the best service I've received from a portable toilet vendor for a project.

They come do the portapotty on our job site and they really don’t clean it other then spraying it down. The urinal part of the toilet is caked with dried urine so even after it’s been cleaned it still stinks. They don’t put a puck in it which may help. Normally they are suppose to come twice a week and sometimes that doesn’t happen

We had a water main break and required urgent delivery of portable potties. Even with a temporary technical outage on their side, they were able to deliver the portable stations in under 2 hours and pricing for the quantity we ordered was better than expected. Dealing with Leanne from start to finish made this not so great incident a positive experience. Definitely plan to work with them again if the need arises.

I got cut off in traffic by a Pit Stop truck (truck #707, license RE0680), who tried turning right from the middle lane. Cut me off when I was right beside the truck. After voicing my displeasure, they ended up behind me at the next red light. The Pit Stop employee got out of his truck in the middle of traffic and came up to my car, asked me if I had a problem"

I worked as a soccer coach this summer for 30 kids and we needed Pit Stop in order to have camp. They were amazing! Someone came and cleaned it out everything Thursday/Friday and when it got knocked over a couple of times, I messaged Brad (who was so great and on top of everything) and he would send someone right away to fix it.I was extremely thankful for how organized they were and I would 100% use them again in the future!

Great company! When we call in a request, the phone staff are professional, helpful and always friendly. Whenever there has been an issue (not that there has been very many issues) they've been quick to resolve the problem and/or provide a solution. Our head office is on rural property and our portable toilet is serviced once a week by a great gal. After she does the pumping and servicing of the toilet, it can sometimes be very wet inside and she'll take the time to towel dry things off. As a women, I very much appreciated that. :-)
