The manager, Sam at this location was so rude and made me feel so belittled while ordering here. If I could give this 0 stars I would.Avoid this dairy queen at ALL costs!

Service was really really attentive, I believe it was the manager who took our order, he even took the food to the table which was really sweet. Wish it would have better outdoor sitting, no umbrellas or shade, would be nice to be able to sit outside since the inside is not the most modern.

I got delivery, they put packing tape on top of the lids to prevent it from spilling. This tape should not be used on food as it leave chemicals on whip cream and makes the whole drink taste and smell of moving tape. We called the restaurant just to let them know of this for future references not wanting a refund or anything! Just to help improve future deliveries. The lady on the phone then was extremely rude and repeated herself to complain to Uber. We weren't looking for refund we were looking just to inform you of an issue. I truly hope you listen to criticism better next time and not so quick to brush someone off! (If you Google that adhesive tape and digestion the adhesive is extremely toxic and can damage ones help, please do better)Update: called again to reinform DQ and asked for manager and owner replied. Unbelievable rudeness. Will be calling health board over this.

My sister bought my 30th birthday cake at this location after the location in Woodstock botched last year's cake and they did not disappoint. This cake tasted great but it looked really good too. The writing was fun but neat and I was really happy. I would definitely recommend!!

I was here 9 may to get my 16 year old a cake. The staff who helped .e was so polite and friendly. There was another woman working g too who was also friendly. Such a nice atmosphere. So clean and right... lots of people having ice cream even at 1pm on a weekday. Really impressive location

Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The man serving my friend and I at a till took and redeemed our coupon by swiping my phone without my permission then refused to honor the coupon or do anything to help us, informing us instead that he didnt have the coupon on his till and there was nothing he could do. When I asked if there was a manager he informed is he was infact the manager and there was nothing he could do. Ive since learned that this is infact false as a manager at another location informed us there were multiple ways he could have helped. Very disappointing. Will definitely not be back to this location.

Great place to either sit or buy on the go ice cream. DQ has a lot of original flavours and delicious cakes, I definitely love all the blizzard creations. However, service is not always friendly or polite. Price is average and pretty affordable for everyone, so visit it if you want to indulge yourself with a sweet cold treat.

The team at this location (led by Grace, on this occasion) is excellent. I gave a complicated large order for a birthday party on a Saturday evening when the place was packed, and staff was so friendly and the service was so quick. They even helped me get one of their cakes, with plates, forks, candles, lighter, and a knife to cut it, out to the bowling lanes and then stored the leftover cake for me until we were done. Thank you for making my son's party a success!
