First time going to this shop and I'm extremely happy with the service I received! They were able to give me a rough idea of what repairing my AC MIGHT cost before I brought my car in. When I did drop my car off they diagnosed in about 1-2 hours, the costs were roughly what they said they would be. And then they were able to replace the compressor and recharge my AC in just a few hours! That includes about an hour to get the compressor in the first place! I was able to get my car back the same day I dropped it off and my AC has been working properly ever since. The staff have been really nice and helpful every step of the way. Calling to confirm things at each step so there's no surprises. I highly recommend this place and would go with them again!!! Thanks Pairs Auto!!! This has been way better than other repair shops in terms of getting info before I drop my car off and the turn around time. Seriously impressive and professional!!!

My warranty company sent us here for one of my BMWs. Service was good, they fixed the issue but you can tell hey didn't put a cover on the seats and steering wheel had a bunch of dirt and grease on it :/

We went to Pairs Auto for our oil change. It was a great experience as we received excellent customer service. The Pairs Auto staff helped us understand all options and provided great advice for ongoing maintenance. They have great prices and discounts.

Pairs Auto Calgary made my day. I got referred there by a friend and my experience with the was awesome. Customer service and the mechanics were excellent. My car was brought back to its full capacity within few hours. I can't hesitate to recommend a friend to this wonderful auto shop.

Pairs Auto is awesome. I went in on Canada Day and they Squeezed me in for a oil change and swaped out my tires for me. The service was fast and the price was the lowest I could find.Normally at such a low price point I'm expecting them to come back and try to tell me I need something else done to my car. Not the case here, they even told me my winter tires had one more season left on them. I had told them they were on there last legs and just to toss them.The staff were helpful and friendly and the have a nice waiting room area. I'll be back they have my business moving forward.

Left with my oil not filled correctly, returned after driving on highway and car giving me a warning that not enough oil was in it. They brought car back and then said it was finished a few minutes later. I got home and checked my oil and found out it was under filled again after the warning light came on again driving home. Should check to see how much oil a car needs, especially if a customer returns with a complaint about it 20 minutes after leaving. Could have really messed up an engine.

Don’t take your car here. Got a pre purchase inspection for the car i bought under a month ago, took the car to my mechanic today and checked it out. Paris autos inspection said the car had no issues but bumper damage. Despite the rear brake light being out, brake pads needing to be replaced, steering rack bolts literally loose causing sounds vibrations and wheels moving easily with your hands. Turbos soaked in oil with play on the waste gates and I was told they looked brand new. Was told there were no leaks at all despite the oil pan gasket being soaked, valve cover gasket and on top of valve cover soaked in oil as well as engine misfires literally the biggest joke of a shop and they had the audacity to charge $150 for this.

Took my wife's car to this place last month because one of tire was flat. They advice to change all 4 tires and i took their advice and let them change the tires. One day after when my wife was driving on 16 ave(90km/hr) driver side front tire came off. She was 8 months pregnant that time. She is still traumatized with it and scared to drive. Luckily she was able to stop the car safely and was not hurt. It seems like their prices are cheaper as compared to other places but keep in mind you are putting your life in danger if something like this happens or damange your car. Please if you are reading this review and something like this happens to you please contact me. I am trying to gather more information and hopefully stop them from putting people's life in danger. Please comment under if something like this happens to you.

They provided me excellemt service, i would say they have best service in calgary. They offered me a fast service and my car was repaired before my expected time. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix their car.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment to replace my drivers front ball joint. They said they would order the part the next day, and set me up for an appt Thurs. After dropping my car off for an hour and a half, I was surprised to find nothing had actually been fixed upon return. They charged me $50 for an “evaluation” and recommended $700 dollars worth of work. I had originally been quoted $120 for the ball joint repair, which they have still not replaced for me and are now quoting me $160. I’d be happy to revisit my review if they reach out to make things right, but at the point I’d recommend steering clear.
