I would highly recommend Midland Toyota to anyone in the market for a new Toyota vehicle. After searching around for a new Corolla, I was told by several other dealers that nothing would be available for at least six months; however, Wayne at Midland Toyota did an amazing job and was able to find me a brand new car in approximately 1 month! They are an honest dealership, and did not charge me any unnecessary fees or try to sell me stuff that I didn't want. If I ever decide to purchase another Toyota vehicle, it will definitely be with Midland.

Made an appointment for service explained I was drive 45 minutes away and would be waiting. They set the appointment for 1 pm a week later. I showed up 15 min early was told it would be in write away. Two guys just coming off lunch and a third guy was just finishing up. I gave me number and went across for lunch 90min later came back and still wasn't in. She said sorry so that was supposed to be ok. After another almost 2 hrs it was done for some that takes less than an hour.Ps 2 other people in there were just as frustrated

My wife's family has bought multiple cars (currently its 5 cars now with other bought in the past) from this dealership over the years but after the last one we will not be returning. The car we got developed a front end problem a week after getting it and when we called to see if they could get it fixed under warranty they explained they couldn't tell us unless we brought the car into the dealership. Wouldn't even look at warranties over the phone even after explaining we moved 2 1/2 hours away. They expected us to drive a car with steering problems 2-1/2 hours to possibly get looked at, even mentioning that they might have to keep the car if it's deemed unsafe to drive. Essentially telling us they were going to try and hold our car hostage to force work from us. But its ok for us to drive it the 2-1/2 hours there just not back? This dealerships certified" pre-owned isn't all that certified. They were completely indifferent to the terrible services they provided and offered no help. Would not use this dealership again.Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Underhanded and shady business practices looking to lure people in and bully them into getting work done.*Edit* This review is for the correct location. I reached out to the manager at the location and did not come to a resolution. I will be updating the review to 2/5 for his communication."

This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Midland Toyota and we'll keep going back there because of the excellent service we always get. From Sales to Finance to Service everyone treats us like they really, truly care that we are happy. Dominic was very thorough in making sure we knew everything about all of the new features on our Highlander Hybrid when we picked it up and he continues with follow up calls and emails even after we've driven away just to make sure we're still happy. Candice went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed for our financing and warranties. Maggin was fantastic to schedule us in within a day to get roof racks installed before our upcoming camping trip. Everyone really made us feel like we were important to them. That kind of service is special and is what keeps up coming back here.

Made a deal on a 22 Corolla in September 2022. Was told by salesman Wayne G that the car would take 3 to 4 months.Five months went by, no calls. I made a call to the business manager and told her no one had updated me on the car. She said maybe 10 months to a year wait!I was not impressed. Called again after a couple of months, yes still no call from the Salesman Wayne G and asked for sales manager. He went on and on about how much grief he was getting from customers due to long waits. He told me he didn’t know when the car was coming and never apologized for Wayne G the salesman keeping me in the dark.At the ten month mark I got an e mail from the nuisances manager saying my car is here! They weren’t in a rush though, I was told to pick car up in 5 days.A few hours later salesman Wayne G called and told me my car was in but unfortunately it was going to be$1685.00 more than the agreed price because Toyota stopped making what I had ordered and now I was getting a never model year.A new car is a new car especially if only minor changes take place.I went to the dealer after that call and told the sales manager I would pay the price on my agreement. He flatly refused and gave my deposit back. Result, after 10 months still no car.I give this dealer one star due to lack of communication and lack of transparency.Beware folks, these days a deal even on paper is not really a deal.

Wayne and Candice made the the whole experience easy and seamless. The whole process from first initial contact to taking our new addition home was only one week! Wayne had all the extras in place and/or installed in the truck that we asked for. Candice handled the transfer of information with insurance and plates so the only thing we had to do was drive it off the lot!! What an experience! Thanks to Midland Toyota for making this experience a relaxed and pressure free one!

I had a great experience dealing at Midland Toyota. The salesman Wayne was very helpful and informative with any questions I had. Quickly put an order together for me. I was told the lead time was 6-9months, but they found a comparable model that was coming in that was not spoken for and we got it in less than 2 months. Sarah was exceptional handling the paperwork and money side of things which made the purchase very smooth.I would highly recommend checking out midland Toyota if you’re in the market for a new car.Friendly, helpful and efficient!
