This parking lot is right beside the bridge lighthouse. It's mainly used for long vehicles that are towing something like a boat or trailer. Having said that, the center of the parking lot is free of space in order for those vehicles to turn around, back up and/or lowering something into the water. The edges of the parking lot have spots for parking. The lines are faded but they are there. I've seen too many people park over the lines and thus using up valuable space as spots are limited.
