This is by far the BEST mechanic shop that my husband and I have been to in 15 years. They know our names when we come in, are genuinely great people to work with and always go the extra mile to make sure that you know that your business is appreciated. I trust Danielle and Stacey 100% with any and all of my mechanical work, and would highly recommend their team to anyone who is long overdue in finding a trustworthy place to take your vehicle to.

I, unfortunately, purchased a lemon of a used vehicle but Stacey, Danielle and their crew turned my vehicle from unreliable and a misery to drive into something I now feel I can trust to get my family and I where we need to go safely and reliably. Saw some great reviews and suggestions for Commandeur on Facebook so I thought I'd have them take a look at my non-working AC in our Buick. Fantastic service and people. Fast and accurate diagnosis and fix while i waited (they offered to drive me wherever I needed but the problem was found and fixed in an hour). Friendly staff, great techs and honest, upfront communication and billing. We'll be back for sure!

Recently, I had some issues with my vehicle and the manufacturer quote was more than I could afford. I called over to Danielle at Commandeur,s to compare what they could do based on my quote. They were able to source parts out to repair the vehicle but wanted to do a diagnostic themselves to ensure they would have everything they needed. Stacy did the diagnostic and was able to find information on a defect with my vehicle and provide me with information to take back to my manufacturer. It was totally above and beyond and the way they handled it was professional, with integrity and in my best interest. The only benefit to their company was the labour for the diagnostic. For very little compensation they went above and beyond. That is the mark of an excellent business. Only shop worth going to far as I'm concerned. Professional, friendly and honest. Do whatever they can to make sure your ride is in excellent shape and will do whatever necessary to make sure that happens. 100% will use them again and highly recommend.

Without a doubt it’s the best mechanic shop in GP. The staff and their work is awesome. I kept pushing my appointment because of work and they were so patient and understanding with me. This is LONG overdue; however, needs to be said... this place is the definition of an honest, trustworthy company! I have knowledge in the cleaning industry; however, VERY minimal knowledge in the mechanical side of it (our company vehicles). The team here was (and is!) very welcoming and patient when I arrived with an vehicle issue that I could barely explain myself; as I didn't even understand what was going on with the vehicle. They managed to translate my gibberish into mechanical terms and long story short, they fixed it! Haven't had a problem since! And this was back in December 2019! I appreciate the honesty they had when assessing the vehicle and providing recommendations. And lets be direct; financially, it was the best decision I have made when it comes to choosing a company to take care of my mechanical needs! Can't say enough good things about every single person in this company. Stacey and Danielle have built something amazing. The quality of work done, the fairness, honesty in regards to what could and should be done is like no other place. I recommend them to everyone, and have said it before, I won't go anywhere else.

Went to another shop in GP for a wiper motor replacement. while my vehicle was in they told me I needed new shocks becaise they were leaking everywhere as well as new sway bar links. They quoted me almost 2K forthe repairs. decided to get second opinion. Commandeur told me that yes my sway bars needed to be replaced, but that my shocks are not leaking at all in fact but I do need my strut mounts replaced. So the other shop either lied or was clueless but either way I would have sepnt almost 2grand for repairs at the other shop to have that not even be the issue.Thankful for commandeur, they replaced my sway bars no problem for cheaperthan the other place and I will be getting the strut mounts fixed here when I can afford to do so.
