It was very easy to process to apply and finish. The assessment process was very quick as well. The best thing I found out about this ...is I didn't have to go to the office in the mid of another COVID wave. I could finish everything on phone. Still waiting on my funds though. Once they are deposited...I will add more of an update

I’m a transmasc person, and I really appreciated that Bhadu, when they called, only referred to me by my last name instead of my legal deadname. It’s always hard to deal with things like banks/loans when you’re a trans person and haven’t had the opportunity to legally change your name, but I felt heard and respected while trying to get this loan. Wonderful service, thank you.

Very pleasant experience. Badhu is very helpful and very friendly. He does his job very well. He explained to me the details clearly. Badhu and the branch Manager Miurel helped me to get approved even if i don’t have a credit history yet. They both go an extra mile to help me. Highly recommended!
