This is my favourite spot for ice cream. The ice cream seems to fill me, and not leave me ravenous for more, like McDonald's. The dips are thick and just simply delicious.

A great place for decadent and chocolatey treats as well as a fun experience. It feels like a mini chocolate factory with it's fun decor. The experience is tasting the yummy offerings, then deciding on which frozen variety will be dipped in rich chocolate. It's setup in such a way you can witness the magic happen. Worth the visit! Be warned if you get something dipped in liquid gold, it's very, very filling.

Be ready to get confused once you enter the store cz of vast choices. If you love something on the sweeter side, cookie and cream is the best. If you like balanced and more chocolaty, try hazelnut with dark chocolate. A bit overpriced with the toppings , but it tastes great even without toppings.

The single star is for my ice cream alone being good. My fiancé’s and daughter’s was made incorrectly. Normally not a huge deal, they can fix that. When we kindly asked to have them fixed, the girl they talked to said “it was made correctly” (very rudely), and made my daughter her first experience here a bad one. My fiancé’s milkshake was white but was said they put the right amount of chocolate in it. It was watery and tasted like milk.This is my second experience here, first was amazing! Hence why we came back with the kids! Second time was a flop, and sadly we experienced very rude service. The rude employees up front we talked to about fixing our items continued to talk and complain about us as we walked away not thinking we could hear.I also feel the two girls in black who I assume were supervisors/managers, should help their employees when they ask instead of saying “that’s not my job” and turn around and talk together the whole time.

We ordered 3 medium cone almost 30$.All cone were not properly prepared, and we were dirty from the icecream leaking all over us. Then we go to wash our hands the sync is blocked... This is my worst experience eating a cone in my life... We were eating over the receipt to recover pieces...

Vegan-friendly! I love that there is always 1 vegan soft serve and at least 1 vegan sorbet option here (although it's +1$ compared to the dairy options). There's also 1 vegan dark chocolate dip. The ice cream portions are huge - a mini" size here is equivalent to a "large" size elsewhere! There is a nice indoor and outdoor seating area."

From the day they opened, they'll have six staff, but only one is serving. The others migrate randomly from the staff area, to behind the counter. Always careful to not make eye contact or deliver service. Today they let a group of six jump in front of us, after we waited in front of two open cashes for ten minutes. We left. The one cashier was busy either staring at her shoes or happily watching the other cashier work. Maybe they'll get their act together in another four years.

Soft ice on a Sunday afternoon on April fools weekend- dip is nice and thick. If you like it dark, they have one dip that is more than 70% cocoa.However , the inside soft ice cream was so soft that it was melting so fast at 0 degree….. not the best combination considering you are eating outdoor at 0 degree
