They took the time with insurance and FairPharma advice and always inquire about how things are going, offering helpful tips and tidbits. They’re also so fast and personally call when scripts are ready-Anchor is a class act!

The staff at Anchor Compounding Pharmacy are an absolute dream to work with! We run a local clinic and we have all of our clinic's specialty products compounded here. From day one they have been extremely professional, friendly, accommodating and the product we get from them is consistently formulated. They worked with us closely to figure out the most optimal formulation and we feel great knowing that our patients are well taken care of. The communication from the staff is always excellent. I got tired of using Costco's pharmacy, even tho their service fee is the lowest in Nanaimo. Long line-ups waiting, waiting waiting. I felt like I was just another # contributing to someone's bottom line. I changed to Anchor Compounding after being diagnosed with Diabetes 2 in Feb. 2020 + have not regretted my decision. I’ve been going to Anchour Pharmacy for about 5 years and from the very first visit I was greeted with an amazing welcome and the best customer service. Tyrk and Rana are truly kind and caring people. Always so helpful even when I would call or show up right before closing. Never made me feel that I was an inconvenience. When they increased their staff they too carry the same customer service. I feel like I’ve known them my entire life. If you want the best pharmacists in town who actually care to the point of going over and above to give you the best customer service than you should go to Anchour Pharmacy on Waddington road. Pharmacist Tariq Ijaz is great. I usually call at the last minute for refills and he always compounds the prescriptions promptly. He has also contacted my Dr. for a renewal when the prescription expired. Excellent service.
