The Brick

Great buying experience , delivery not so much. S.D came in to my house and instantly said my couch would not fit and wasn’t even going to try stating my ceilings are to low ( 99” ) the couch was 103” he stated , big mistake on my part was believing him the couch in fact was 96” , went to the brick to explain what happened that same day and all I got was sorry!! Took a half day off work unpaid for this. Still waiting for delivery date also looked in to the delivery app only to find my signature forged!!!

I had just had a bad experience at another store trying to buy a couch and Osama was very understanding and helped me find the perfect couch!! Thank you, Osama, for helping me when I was most frazzled! I am so looking forward to receiving my new RED couch next weekend!! Thank you, thank you!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to the store yesterday to buy a new queen mattress. Siba helped us. After we decided on a mattress pushed us to buy the mattress pad or there would be no warranty on it. Pushed us continuously to buy new 160.00 pillows even though we didn't want to. It felt off, we didn't get anything explaining the warranty, she was more interested in us giving her a good Google review as she had me scan the review code RIGHT away once we purchased and tried to tap the phone to put the 5 stars through. It felt bad and the actual reviews on the mattress were awful so we went back today to return everything. The mattress pad was non-refundable once it left the doors of the store, which we were never told. And because it was already on the delivery truck we can't get a refund until end of day tomorrow when they return back to the store. The manager wanted to throw in a free delivery if we chose a different mattress. Too late. Horrible experience. Nothing like in the past. Don't buy here!!

They have a great selection of furniture. Picking up yourself is a problem, no one seems to know where your furniture is. Each store gives you a different answer and if customer service promise to call you back, don't hold your breath. They never do

Had an amazing experience visiting the Brick when I was trying to shop for a sectional and mattress for my home. I am usually very indecisive but Siba was amazing in helping me decide as she explained the benefits of each mattress and was very patient.Siba really made my experience shopping at the Brick a great one. Just an amazing sales person! Thank you!

Tatyana was amazing with helping us find a couch and coffee table set for our new home! She was very informative, gave us all the information we needed and set up delivery for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well super friendly. Would definitely recommend Tatyana and will come back to her for future purchases!

Salesman Stalked us all around the store and would not be left alone. I get it, they make commission. We were there to window shop and dream / idea search and the level of stalking that went on following us through the store was super annoying and uncomfortable. Way more comfortable to do online at home. Won’t visit a brick again.Good selection and layout though.

Went to this location 2 wks ago to purchase almost an entire new home of furniture. Total bill over 24kSo far with what has been delivered it has gone well and happy with products. Still waiting for sectional & bedroom suite/mattress.Overall a decent experience with BryanHe was definitely helpful & very through in his job.
