Urban Art & Design not only did an amazing job of recommending the framework and then framing a beautiful piece of art, they went above and beyond in service. I had ordered a print from a well known art distributor and when it came it was glued to a type of bristol board and not the canvas I had believed I was going to receive. They contacted the distributor for me and arranged to get a new piece sent! I was blown away by their service and kindness in the process and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful work they did as well.

This company is absolutely incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. I came in to have some picture frames replaced and some hanging hardware added. The staff were a delight to deal with! The quality of the replacement frames were top notch as well. If you're needing anything to do with picture framing in Langley, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Oh, and as an aside, they have the most amazing, locally made candles. The scents were scrumptious. They smelled so amazing, I bought a bunch. I'm sure I'll be back to buy more. We recently had a limited edition Brent Heighton print redone by Urban Art and were super happy with the finished piece. Always very helpful and knowledgeable and their workmanship is excellent.

It only took one art piece getting professionally framed to get me hooked! Now, every piece I've ever owned and will ever own is getting professionally framed here! What a difference! I'm so proud to display my artwork in my home now. Dawn really listens to what I'm looking for and what my tastes are before doing her magic, finding me the perfect frames. The selection of frames and the variety of framing ideas here is outstanding. And Tracy took one of my art pieces that I wasn't crazy about, had it cropped, remounted on canvas, and put in the most beautiful floating frame... I LOVE it now! Both Dawn and Tracy are always so patient with me, letting me take as much time as I need to browse, reflect, and make decisions. I would definitely recommend getting your artwork framed here! You will not be disappointed!

I went to see Dawn and Tracey for a special surprise for my wife while she was away.I had the idea and a rough concept, and they took it to the next level. I gave them my vision and the size of the wall, and they designed everything to fit, and Sara did a fantastic job on the artwork!!. I am thrilled and can't wait for the look on my wife's face when she sees it.Urban Art is a great place to find what you are looking for. Whatever your budget, they go the extra mile to find what you need. Highly recommend this gallery and framing studio.

Over the last 20 years Urban Art have framed 26 of my cross stitch pictures. They have taken my creations and turned them into a work of art!

I took a picture in to be framed and was given a 3 week completion. Then I was called after 6 weeks to say that they had to order the material and it wasn't completed for another 2 weeks. So went from 3 weeks to 8 weeks. I would recommend a different place for framing

Solid! Kaye and company are amazing to work with! This was my first canvas print, I had no idea what I was doing. Kaye was very patient with me and gave me different options for what I was looking to have done. I was blown away when I arrived to see how accurate the colours were/how it turned out.
