When I first had the thought of a backyard landscaping renovation , I didn't know where to turn . I visited the home and garden show in Winnipeg and met with the representatives from several firms. I was impressed with everything I saw . Later I requested quotes from these firms. Most of them just gave me what I thought I wanted which was a raised deck . B. Rocke , however, took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve in my backyard and they applied my dreams to an overall landscape design which ended up not being a deck after all but several raised stone patios. They prepared a virtual 3 d design which we were able to view , critique, modify and redesign many times before the final design was approved . Once the construction started , even with many rain delays , the crew worked turelessly around the clock to get it done .The result is the most professional looking backyard ever imagined ! I absolutely love it , we enjoyed it every single day all summer and fall having fires in the firepit every evening .I highly recommend B Rocke landscaping !

We recently had B. Rocke perform landscaping of our entire front yard. They were easy to work with and always reachable from start to finish of the entire project. They also provided some unique ideas and solutions that we ended up incorporating into our landscaping plan. This summer we had completed our backyard and fencing with B. Rocke Landscaping. It was my third time working with them over the years. Their excellent work and professionalism is what keeps bringing me back. From start to finish, their attention to detail and suggestions they provide were top notch. Any questions or concerns were responded to in timely fashion. Even items that I did not notice were brought to my attention and remedied right away.Overall, fantastic work, the team was a joy to work with. I cannot wait until next summer again to continue enjoying my newly completed backyard.

We had B Rocke complete design and landscaping in our backyard this summer/fall. Jillian was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our ideas. We really liked the crew that came to do the actual landscaping work - very pleasant, skilled, and helpful. There were a few occasions where we needed to correct errors, such as a mound of earth in the middle of our yard as on the design (which was incorrect). However because the team checked in very often we were easily able to correct these things.

I am so excited with my new back yard! Working with B.Rocke Landscaping was so easy. Right from the first email I sent, they were prompt, respectful and full of good ideas. I worked with their design team to make a 3 year plan as I could not do everything in one year. They made interesting suggestions for ways that I could improve the flow of the yard, create points of interests and enjoy the changing colors and decor as the seasons change. The plan included various upgrade options. They were transparent with the cost of all the options and came in on budget. They came 2 weeks earlier then originally predicted (to my huge relief) and were done the entire back yard including grading the property, stone patio, lights drilled into the stones, boulders, trees, grass and rock garden within 4 days. They kept the site clean and took it upon themselves to make arrangements for water and bathroom facilities for their employees so nobody needed to enter my home for anything. Covid-19 was not a challenge as we were able to do virtual meetings and the staff wore masks when we did meet in person. I look forward to them doing the front yard next year!

From the design work, through the completion of the project, every single interaction with the B Rocke was top notch. They worked seamlessly with our pool contractor to design and build our backyard and it looks fantastic. Their contracting crew was super friendly, and informative and once they were done the work site was spotless. Even if you were only to use the design service, it is 100% worth the spend to have a professionally designed space, with lots of touch points and input from the customer.Their pricing is competitive with other landscaping firms in the city, and I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the look of our yard. After the initial meeting with Byron, Kat and the rest of the team we were very excited to see their 3D presentations for the project. They really impressed us as we could see exactly what the end result would be. They showed great patience in making changes to the design to suit our preferences. I had my front yard done late 2021, and the before and after appearance is quite dramatic! My experience with everyone at BRocke was amazing! From the design process, to seeing the vision come to life, and to see the progress made from day to day was fantastic. Although the plants are still quite young right now i look forward to seeing how the look develops as they all fill in. But regardless, the look was exactly what i was looking for and I couldn't be more pleased - especially since I asked for a slightly unusual design! They gave me a timeline, and started exactly when they estimated they could, and even with a rain delay, they were done in less than a week. Everyone was quick to respond to calls and emails, and would recommend this team to everyone!

This year (2020) we lost 3 trees followed by the daunting task of how to fill the void until B. Rocke Landscaping came down for an on-site walk through with some suggestions. It’s been a collaborative and stress less process working with Byron and his accomplished team of professionals. We are so very pleased with the design team, project coordinator & manager and the skilled landscapers who took great care in our project and we’re thrilled with the results with full recommendations of this wonderful company. We want to thank Byron, Omar, Kierstin, Amanda, Shelly, Nelson, Steve & crew AND Douglas for all their hard work to transform our beautiful yard.

we had our backyard landscaped. the design was incredible and we are happy with the results but the execution of the work left much to be desired. To start they did not measure the area for the patio or the sod correctly they ordered cladding for our deck that was too thick to allow our solarium door to open. From the time the project started to the end we found we had to be always watching so we could correct errors before they happened. For example they planted our bushes under our evergreens instead of in the garden beside them. Then there was the fact that they cut the posts for our privacy screen off at 8 feet when it was to be 10 feet. Posts had to be removed and replaced then they started putting up the boards with big gaps between them not to mention they were not level. The gate to our fence was put up with a big gap that would have allowed our little dog to get out of the yard and some of the fence boards were not properly attached. This is just a sample of the issues. To be fair they did fix the problems and did not charge us for their errors. With that said I would find it hard to recommend this company to anyone.
