I had Otto come to my home and take a look at a potential problem with my irrigation system. I was in the mindset that it was going to be a huge issue and very expensive to fix Otto was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem in terms I could understand. Bottom line the cost was less than I had anticipated and I am very confident that is has been properly fixed. Great customer service and high level of integrity. Highly recommend Affordable Irrigation.

Otto has been great. Has always been available and he does the job quickly and efficiently. And it works well when he's done his work. Absolutely recommend doing work with Otto.

Otto is great, super knowledgeable and efficient. As with any good contractor, he is incredibly busy, so don't expect him to be able to be there the same day you call.

Otto is a fair and accommodating employer. He has high standards and expectations which reflect the work him and his crew do. I'd work for/with Otto anytime.If a quote was low and the bill was higher then unexpected work was required...never because of shady quotes or false promises.

Unprofessional in personal conduct and customer service. It took us a while to get Otto come over to give us a quote. He said he'd come one day so we made ourselves available. Waited till 6pm. Otto was a no show. There was no phone call, not even a simple text message to say he wasn't coming, not at 6pm, 10pm or any other time that day or later. Knowing how busy he could get in the spring, we gave him another chance. We made sure to call him several times to confirm he indeed was coming the second time around. He came, said he couldn't do it without plumbers working on our place first. We called the plumbers in. They checked out our house and said the house, water pressure, etc. were fine to have an irrigation system installed. We told this to Otto and he sent his workers to install the system. No problem. When we had a few questions about the finished set up, Otto was called in by his staff unbeknownst to us. He came over fuming and started yelling at us at 8:30am waking up the neighbours, threatening to walk away immediately, screaming, Don't pay me. Don't pay me". Are customers not allowed to ask questions? We haven't seen such a strong unwarranted reaction from anyone. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He later apologized for his behaviour via a text message. Two days later he sent another text message reminding us to pay the bill. Obviously he is able to send text messages when it matters to him. How does a business practice like that survive?"

Otto was fantastic. Showed up to survey our yard and do up a plan. Delivered the quote in person to explain it to us and offer options. His crew was fast, efficient and polite. I highly recommend Affordable Irrigation
