The service was not really good. Cashier didn't even care about if there's customers or not. The self-service area was slippery. A gentlemen was almost sliding down to the ground. And the tables aren't clean for what I can tell. Though the food is fine for my order. So still ok.

We made our order through the drive thru. When I got to the window and they gave me a bag it was missing part of the order and with no receipt. I had to wait for someone to come back to let them know and when someone finally did they asked why are you still here?". I let them know why and so she said I'll check the receipt. I watched her grab the receipt

I wish I could give this place a 0.I’m a die hard Wendy’s lover, but we went to this location today and we drove up to the drive thru window and they were advertising breakfast on the drive thru boards. So we tried to order breakfast, only to be told by the guy working they were out of French toast sticks, croissants, cold brew and basically anything else we ordered. He finally told us they weren’t ACTUALLY serving breakfast anymore and to drive ahead to the second window to talk to him. (How are we supposed to know what we can order when they were showing the wrong menu and then told us to pull ahead)The guy working came across as untrained and like he didn’t know what he was doing. We went to Tim Hortons instead; kind of unfortunate as I wanted wendys on Mother’s Day.

Ordered breakfast today. Unfortunately all the sausages on our sandwiches were burnt. Also the croissant left a lot to be desired. It is more like a bun. Coffee is mediocre at best. Would rather go there for lunch.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and was told I'd need to wait for 12 minutes for the grilled chicken to be ready, and if I could please wait in the parking lot in front of the door. 25 minutes later, our food hasn't come out and so my partner goes inside the restaurant to check on it. He finds our bag of food on the counter with 3 employees standing next to our food just ignoring it. We don't know how long the food was sitting there, or why no one came out to hand it to us. We will try to avoid this location in the future.

Machines are often down for drinks or frostys. Service is good once you can get someone's attention. Focus is definitely on drive thru. Alot of dirty tables with very few customers so it was clearly not the priority.

The attitude of the people working here are beyond unacceptable. 2 of them just idling around, looks at the huge line up of people trying to place orders. Goes back to standing around. I waited 10 minutes to order and find this place hopeless. Going else where instead.

The customer service here is definitely lacking. There's no pride in the service or quality of the food. The last few times we haven't been happy with the food and will likely not be back. This time, one of the burgers was wet (I'm assuming with grease) and the fries tasted like they were fried twice or were at the bottom the the chip holder. They were hard and dry, yuck!

Always short on something. Has been short on chilli for days at a time. Has served cold food. No frostys for days at a time. Today, we get no lettuce on any burgers that we have ordered. Manager is unhelpful, just treats us like we are complainers. We just want what we order.

I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star is it were on option. Every single time I go to this Wendy's they get the order wrong and things are missing. Today I bought my kids lunch. I spent over $50 not only did they get the order wrong. They forgot to put 2 burgers in the bag. When I called the best they could do was replace the burgers at a 15$ value. I drove to wendys took 15 minutes. I ordered my food took 5 minutes. I paid for my food took 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes for my food while they made it. I drive back home 15 minutes. That's an hour of my time and they only want to compensate me 15$ for screwing my order up forgetting to put things iv already paid for in my order and then expecting me to come back another 45 minutes of my time by the time it's all said and done so I can get what they forgot to put in my bag that i paid for It wasn't even busy the restaurant was empty the drive through was empty. Enough is enough
