Service 1st Heating and Cooling

I had some minor issues with my new heat pump. Chris was amazing. Not only did he come right away and look at the problem, he came back and stayed late to make sure that I had air conditioning this weekend. He explains everything and does a very good job. He is meticulous and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Service 1st!

Corey was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave some great advice on the maintenance of my A/C unit. Unfortunately due to the weather (thundershowers) he was unable to check the electrical portion of the A/C unit.

We have found that Service 1st is excellent. They employ really quality tradespeople, who are not only very knowledgeable, but also willing to go the extra mile for you, and make sure your family is safe. They are also always friendly happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and charge a fair price.Example: This year during our annual furnace inspection Chris noticed our gas fireplace looked a little old and possibly coroded, so he asked if we would like him to do a quick CO2 check to make sure it was still safe and working properly (and possibly a full clean/inspection). He then did a very thorough job and didn't leave until everything was working properly. The guys worked well and took care of my home which I really appreciated. It was nice to have Brandin come a familiar face and nice to meet Sam. I’m please with their work ethic. Good on them.

We had an amazing experience with this company. If we ever move and need to upgrade/replace our Heating/Cooling -- we will be using Service 1st again. Corey was very friendly and knowledgeable during his initial assessment. He was quick to get an appointment set up with Peter who explained what our best options were for new equipment. Peter also explained the basics behind the Home Energy Rebates.Brandon and Sam were amazing when in our home to install the new equipment and clean the air ducts. They were very respectful of our home and made sure to leave things clean.We've had zero issues with our furnace or heat pump. We've noticed a significant decrease in our energy consumption -- comparing June 2022 (using our old AC unit) vs June 2023 (our new heat pump).

In the fall of 2019 our furnace started leaking and was not operating properly, and in the summer of that year the A/C was acting up. It was time to get the furnace and AC replaced . I had several different contractors show up and most of them left me with a feeling of uneasiness and that they were not trustworthy. Mainly that they were in it to get the sale no matter what. But Peter took the time to help me understand the critical aspects of the system and the key items which makes the Bryant system great. I had done my own research and what he conveyed was spot on! When you have a contractor who only sells a certain brand then you know that it is good quality and that they stand behind it. There was no pressure and he was honest, which was great. His team was on time for both installations (Furnace in dec, A/C in may) they were very professional and the installation was done very well! Many details that they do as standard the other guys just don't do! They even came back in June to make sure the A/C was running perfectly. Safe to say, I will recommend them any day of the week and I will be a life long customer for sure. It is like a mechanic.... when you find a good one, you stick with them. Awesome work!Additional Followup in 2022: This team is amazing. They do an excellent job with coming out and performing yearly maintenance on the furnace & air conditioning. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great Job. Also the Bryant furnace and air conditioner are running great. Absolutely no complaints.

Service 1st installed a new furnace/heat pump system for us. Great experience from quoting to install. The owner of the business as well as the crew were all professional, friendly, helpful, and went over everything in detail with us. Would definitely recommend!

We had 3 men come, 1 to diagnose the problem then 2 (Sam and Brandon) came to do the work, all 3 men were so polite, fixed the issues, then cleaned up after themselves!! Everything is up and running! Would recommend this company to everyone!
