John Fluevog Shoes Ottawa

So I ordered my wife a pair of Vogs on sale! The store sent me a pair that had been worn! When I called I got a very rude girl who really did not want to help, so I spoke to the manager he did not really want to pay for the return postage. But eventually he agreed to pay for it, gee thanks don’t do me any favors!!!! They were adamant that I was wrong about the shoes being worn. I thought I was buying my wife a new pair??? So they washed the bottom of the shoes and sent the same pair back out. Now I feel like a complete jackass, due to the fact these imbeciles think we would not notice the scuff marks that you cannot WASH OFF!. Do not trust this store for they are a bunch of liars. It’s too bad that a few can wreck the reputation of such a classy shoe maker, if they try to trick you for such a small detail what does that say about the company???

I came in here a couple of weeks ago. The shoes are all stunning with a great variety of merchandise. The customer service is nothing less than world class. A big shout out thank you to Matthew and Hilary!

Shop had a good variety of shoes and designs. Sales lady was friendly and nice and we considered buying a bag. Kids were a little rowdy and we were trying to rein them in.However I think it’s uncalled for when the sales guy or whosever he is said. “Kids calm down if not you got to get out”.First time I ever heard someone say that to kids.

I love John Fluevog shoes so this is going to be a bit biased, but I love how the location of this store is right by Byward Market so that it's sooo convenient to visit. The collection is quite diverse AND the salespeople are so friendly! Quite possibly one of my most pleasant shopping experience - check out how crazily unique JF shoes can be!

Wow, got my 1st pair of Fluevogs Purple Leather, reminds me of Prince. I love them. Purchased in Ottawa, ON. Canada. Josh was Incredible!

Hubby and I came upon this hidden gem in the byward market. I can’t believe the store has been here for years in the sane spot. Shies were not on our shopping list but we peeked in the window and were intrigued enough to go inside. It was a treasure trove of unique statement pieces—really works of art with and insole. At a maximum production of 400 pairs ( all sizes) per design the shoes are collector items in our opinion. Caution ⚠️ look after these things they might actually increase in value over time . The helpful staff also let us also know that the shoes come with a warranty. The shoes are pricey but isn’t anything worthwhile? We are in love with some blue crock style shoes that have complimentary guys and gals styles. They are on our wish list.

Staff was excellent, helping me with questions about shoes I own and with trying on several pairs in the shop. I went home with two new pairs! They were kind enough to give some shoe care to one of my pairs that needed a bit of TLC and they look worlds better. Natalie and Chris were five stars!
