This pharmacy has NO respect for people's time. They told me 40 minutes, I came back HOURS later and they still wanted me to wait... This will surely be my last time going to this location. I'd rather drive half an hour to go to my old neighborhood's Shoppers than use this pharmacy again.

I normally say this location is good but todays experience was opposite. Just to save someone else’s time, go to another location for passport photos. I came at 5:20pm and the cashier told me I will be able to have it done in 20 minutes. The manager then told me I have to come back at 6:00pm because that is when the women who does the photos starts her shift.I went home and drove back. When I arrived at 6:20pm I was then told she wouldn’t be able to do it until 10:00pm. After a long day this was not a great way to end it.

Anything not on sale is terribly overpriced. Long wait for even basic prescriptions.I regret coming here

I finding it very difficult to get tested and shopper drug mart is even making confusing.They say there a testing centre but then there answering machine telling not to get tested if you have covic 19 symptoms.

This is my favorite store. Manager is very nice and knows everything. Always have our items available and it is not very crowded.

Great place to shop, and very easy to find the things needed. Went in looking for a sunscreen and got great recommendations by a worker named Adrita. Her customer service is exceptional and was very helpful and thoughtful. Overall would recommend this Shoppers over any other.

We’ve just had to make a call to this Shoppers Drug Mart about a particular Vitamin product. They found what we wanted and are putting aside the product for us to pick up. The customer service staff are amazing, the store is always immaculate and we wanted to give them praise!

May 20, 2023 Not so friendly pharmacy staff this morning, she’s rude. She’s not helpful. I’m not even happy giving 1 star of her service, I wish there is none.
