Patio and Home Direct

I purchased a patio lounge set and outdoor cushions last November after the fall home show and now i'm writing the review after testing out the products. The patio furniture is very high quality and has held up extremely well compared to my previous Home Depot set. I will be looking for more patio furniture this coming summer for my second home and will definitely be a returning customer! The set is more expensive than my previous Home Depot set, but can already see why these are such a great investment!Kitty was very helpful and patient during the entire process. The owner, Peter is also sarcastic and hilarious, which made my experience even more memorable! Would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends!

Kitty is hands down by far the best sales associate I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge about the product the company has to sell is outstanding. She is honest, and gets back to you very quickly. Some items were on back order, she did her absolute best to convey these time lines with us as well as did her best to try and have them here as quickly as possible. The brands, the customer service, price and knowledge of how each brand is made is far superior than any other outdoor furniture store I have dealt with. Complete Satisfaction.

Great place! We ended up buying a little patio couch here. Ask for Kitty if you come during the week - she's super helpful! I'm not sure we would have made the purchase if it wasn't for her excellent customer service!

After 5 years I needed some new covers for our furniture. I called in asking for curbside pick-up. They usually don’t offer that but the reaction to my request was like “no problem “. An hour later I picked up. They even remembered my daughter, 5 years later. Impressive and unfortunately too rare amazing customer service. Keep it up

I had a great experience visiting this furniture store and would highly recommend them! At Patio and Home Direct they are informed and friendly. No pressure sales and a large showroom with excellent selection. I was in the middle of preparing my patio and they were very agreeable to holding my merchandise till I was ready. The delivery was smooth and uncomplicated. I Received a call the day prior and 1 hour before delivery. Thank You Kitty & Peter, you guys are great.

Lovely selection of outdoor furniture, worst customer service we have ever encountered from Peter, the alleged owner.We bought an outdoor L-shaped couch and umbrella + stand from Patio and Home Direct last week. We paid for the the couch to be delivered, and the salesperson told us in detail how it would be delivered in two boxes with the feet separately attached.Peter the owner delivered the couch himself the next day, fully assembled, the body wrapped simply in bubble wrap. We suspected they were delivering the display couch, but never mind that since it would be outdoors anyway. The worst part is when Peter (kindly) helped us move it into the apartment, we found that a chunk of our front door chipped off. We politely told Peter about it over email. Not only did he deny any and all responsibility but left us a condescending and hostile voicemail telling me to “call him back only if we had a serious question/issue.”Having worked in and supported small businesses all my life, I have never encountered such awful behavior from an actual business. Doesn’t matter how great your products are. Poor attitude speaks volumes. Will never be visiting this store again.

Best shopping experience I've had in a very long time. Huge selection of patio furniture, something for every budget and every size of patio. Friendly and approachable staff, no pressure sales. So happy to be able to support this local business!

Great service and honest opinions. The prices are reasonable for the quality as well. They have a large selection of patio furniture. Highly recommend if you can find patio stuff at your local hardware/home improvement stores.

I purchased a $4,000 outdoor furniture set from Patio and Home Direct last week. When the furniture arrived, it was missing a side tables. When I ordered this set the salesperson told me the side tables were included in the set. When I spoke to the manager and the manager told me the salesperson made some miscommunications before, and he reassured me that they would be sending the side tables.The side tables never arrived so I called the manager and the manager told me this side table was not included in the furniture set I ordered and the salesperson made a mistake by saying it would be included. When I told him, I want to return outdoor furniture set, the manager said f**k you".As I said to the manager
