After a few not so responsive and not professional experiences with other pool companies and seeing a friend's pool and hearing their positive experience - we engaged with Jesse and the Prime team. From the initial site visit, project planning and consultation through to the project completion - the experience was great and different. Our project was somewhat unique and Prime thrived with that challenge. The Prime team is very open, honest, professional and available. The part that made the experience impressive was this was all done during the challenges of Covid and we still receiving a great experience.Our pool was completed at the beginning of the year and we still continue to receive support from Jesse, Brad and the team when needed - they don't just disappear. We began exploring the possibilityof an inground pool a few months info the pandemic. We had several local companies come out for quotes. Some said no way as our yard is small and access to our yard is narrow. Two pool companies were confident they could do it; prime pools being one of them. We choose prime pools for a few reasons. 1. They are not a large chain and were not so cookie cutter in their approach. 2. They seemed more honest, down to earth and personable. 3. Their work examples on their instagram spoke for itself. Being a big investment I actually contacted a few of their customers on my own to get their opinions. Our deck guy also works with them regularly and he had only good things to say and we like or deck guy. So after thinking for a few months we finally decided to sign. I think the payment structure is fair and I liked that they were not hounding for payments and kept working if we took a little longer to get the bank drafts. They use a cool app to track all things pool related and allow easy communication with Robyn who helps keep them on track with updates and answering questions. In addition both owners gave me their cell numbers which does bring some peace of mind. Having built during covid with endless delays on materials, its hard to give a far judgement on how long ot took to build. It was longer than I'd have hoped but I know it wasn't their fault. I appreciated the honesty along the way and that they didn't make timeline promises they knew they couldn't follow through with. We hoped to swim by the tail end of 2021 season but instead were up and running as soon as we wanted to in the spring. I asked to swim by mother's day and they had us open the Friday before mother's day. They did a lot of little extras for us without nickle and diming us which we appreciated so much. Obviously larger changes required additional payment. They helped us solve problems with designing our small space and combined their expertise with my vision for the space. The end result is a yard that has many areas for different needs, flows in a logical way and has no wasted space. The quality of the work is top notch. I like that they do not confuse the customer with too many choices and upgrades, rather the better choice is simply what they offer. An example is the grey package for vinyl strips and skimmer etc. The stone patio looks great too. They use Latham liners and it fits like a glove. I do wish a few small thing we are waiting for were completed but also understand that we are swimming and they are trying to get others swimming too. Jesse has also taken time to check in with me to see how the pool is going and I do feel confident that if issues arise that they will be here to help us fix it. Their team has been professional when working here. Brad a couple times did not like how they left the construction area and sent them over to clean up. I actually didn't mind because it was just materials and a work on progress but his concern really showed me the care these guys have for their customer's experience and that they hold their staff to a high standard. The more I learn about the pool building experience of others, the more I appreciate the experience we have had. They stayed spot on budget except for the chabges we initiated that costed us extra and were billed separately. Everyone who visits us is in awe of the amazing oasis we have. We look forward to wrapping up a handful of odds and ends and enjoying our space for years to come. If you are considering a pool build, don't skip prime pools. They are amazing at what they do and will do everything they can to make sure you love your new pool.

I've had the pleasure of working professionally with Prime Pools and landscaping for many years. They consistently provide quality construction and servicing to their lucky clients. They are also very passionate about their projects and industry!

My husband and I reached out to Prime Pools July 2020 after being recommended by a few coworkers who has recently used them. Jesse came within a week from our initial phone call to come look at our backyard. We would need a total backyard makeover and gave Jesse some of our vision. That fall Jesse had his designer came to meet with us and at that point we gave our must haves. A design was provided to us in a timely manner.We did have one hiccup along the way after our design was complete with regards to a easement we had not known about. Prime pools did do their best contacting the town to try and request a variance, however the town denied it. Because of this unfortunately our backyard design had to be changed and we lost 3 ft of pool. Our pool was to start the beginning of May, however being right in the middle of Covid, supplies and material were not available. Jesse and Brad made sure to keep us updated and the customer service was always very good. Any phone call missed would be returned within a day or two. Once the pool was dug there were some delays here and there, but again that was due to Covid and supplies. Our backyard was 90%done by November.Come spring, the crew came early May and finished the job opening our pool just before that heat wave in May! Brad and Jesse were both very easy to work with and their customer service was impressive. Their crew was always very friendly and no mess was ever left behind.We has an issue with a sensor on our heater this summer and Brad came over the next day and switched it out.If you are looking for a pool company I would highly recommend Prime Pools!

We had the owner come out to quote our existing pool renovation in September, 2022. He was pleasant, gave lots of good information, and said he would supply the quote by the end of the weekend. Since then, after multiple calls and emails requesting a follow up, we have not heard back.

Jess and his team installed our pool, requiring a retaining wall and in the middle of supply chain issues in covid. The work was completed professionally and on budget and while not on time due to the supply chain issues, Jess and his team installed a temporary liner so we could swim on time!!!

Jesse and his team were incredible to work with. Fair, prompt in delivery of product and service as well as with returning calls and answering questions, respectful and clean, and these guys build the coolest most beautiful pools and backyards you’ll ever see. Had an issue with the sand filter that would have caused me to bypass it while waiting for parts and a repair. Called Jesse at Prime Pools and he had the parts in stocks and dispatched Daniel as soon as possible to make the repair. Couldn't be happier with the very responsive repair call. The work was done quickly, professionally and now the filter works better than before. Definitely our go to pool professionals. Thanks Prime Pools!!!

Overall had a great Experience with Prime Pools.Brad and Jesse were great with communication when asked. Had an issue with my pool pump unrelated to our pool remodel and Jesse was very responsive and helpful.Each team that came out was very personable and easy to talk and deal with.
