With my regular lawyer on vacation and after spending half the day on the phone trying to find a lawyer willing to conduct a document review without requiring me to transfer the entire purchase transaction over to them from my current lawyer (who was already representing me for my sale), I was finally passed Crys Masterson’s contact info from my realtor. At very short notice Crys confirmed she would conduct the review of the building documents, at a more than reasonable price, and later that evening I received a phone call as requested in my email to her. Due to the differences between condominiums and equity coop’s I had some very specific questions and was requesting that we did the review over the telephone walking through the documents together which Crys accommodated. Crys provided answers and discussion surrounding my questions and concerns with a high degree of knowledge. Additionally, I was provided a thorough examination of all the documents which included a written report. I cannot stress how friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable Crys was. She did not try to poach me from my current lawyer (which was greatly appreciated) and at the same time honored her quote for the review despite the additional length in time required to accommodate my specific needs. A few days later, I had another question arise which was answered free of charge and certainly eased my mind. Throughout my time working with Crys I got the sense that beyond being a talented lawyer she was, honest, reasonable, easy to communicate with, and was able to listen and truly understand what her clients concerns and needs were. I got a sense that no matter how long it was taking Crys wanted to ensure she had reviewed everything to an appropriate standard, and that I was satisfied with, and understood, the answers to my very specific questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Crys Masterson.

If anyone in the Burlington area needs law advice to close a home or refinance an existing mortgage, I can't say enough good things about Crys and her team at Masterton. I have used her and the team for the past 3 closings and each time I'm treated so well, they are completely open and you are free to ask any questions without feeling uncomfortable.
