I had a fantastic experience with 1925 Workbench. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funky door to jazz up their home. I just purchased a condo in the Distillery District and wanted to turn my open concept den into a second bedroom and decided to go with a sliding barn door. I came to them1925Workbench with quite a quick turn around request and they were able to fulfill my order in under 2 weeks!! Other companies were saying it would take between 6-12 weeks. Not only could they deliver in such a short period of time but the quality of their work is amazing. Their doors are truly beautiful and I love supporting local family run businesses.

Asked for Barn Door hanging hardware, explained the details over the phone and paid what I thought was a fair price considering you can pay a lot more elsewhere. I paid online and the hardware arrived about two weeks later via courier.Upon inspection of the hardware it was exactly as we had agreed on the phone and has been in use for the past 5 month without issue. Hardware is absolutely perfect foe sliding barn doors. Will definitely be purchasing more of the same for a basement revamp.

After hunting high and low for a company that could make a quality custom barn door for our basement apartment, we decided on 1925 Workbench. Right from the start the experience was excellent. They replied to emails quickly and provided a clear and reasonable quote for the work to be done. When the door arrived (earlier than promised, I should add) I was totally impressed by the workmanship. Beautifully made. In every way 1925 were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

1925 Workbench built a ladder for my loft and I'm really happy with the results. The craftsmanship is excellent, the communication was good and their prices were reasonable and accurate. I would definitely recommend them for any custom work you require.

We researched a variety of companies that could make a barn door system to close off an open concept office space in our new condo.When we found 1925WorkBench, we knew we had found the right company. We discussed our specific needs with Rock's wife, My-Le, and then Rock did an on-site visit to measure, and it was a week or so later that he had created two beautiful barn doors, the necessary hand-made hardware, and began the installation.Rock and his lovely father created a frame, installed the hardware, and later put in the door.They were both very polite, kept their space clean and safe, and their work exceeded our expectations. We can't thank Rock, his father, and Rock's wife, My-Le enough!Fantastic experience.Rock even left us a bunch of extra barnboard pieces, that we later used to create a shelf in our kitchen, and another in our bathroom. How thoughtful!

I had a barn door made for my basement. Over the phone I was able to confirm the look and feel and Rock then sent a computer drawing of the door. Without a site visit, we measured and then he built a custom door that looks fantastic. The hardware was also provided. I don't think installation is an easy do-it-yourself project, but the renovators I had on site were able to install it without any issue. Would highly recommend Rock at 1925Workbench

My husband and I just recently chose 1925workbench to design and install a set of large barn doors in our condo that close off our 2nd bedroom/office, and when open, make our main living room/kitchen as large as possible.
