Website is a series of arduous hoops, which you are coerced into jumping through, regardless of if the site works properly or not. If you are unable to, you will not receive the documents needed to survive in this country. Zero help of any sort from staff, other than to tell you to use the website.

Been trying to apply for a birth certificate but the website is a complete joke. The pdf files are unnecessarily confusing and once you finally get the file into adobe it does not want too let you sign where it tells you too see. The website is messy and confusing and the overall process is a joke.

Honestly going here made me hate going to the registration office. I had to replace my id. I had my birth certificate and utilities bill, as well as my SIN, tax return, T4, a child subsidy letter, my son's birth certificate, showed it to this very rude lady, treated me like criminal, didn't even look at my documents and only said we need picture id to replace your driver's.... I need a picture id to get a picture id... Went to the registry by Calgary trail WAY more professional. The utility bill and birth certificate was all they needed. Recommend going there instead and let this place go in the way of the doodoo.
