I only went to the lounge for a snack and a beverage. The service was amazing. A young lady named Duske was the bartender. She was friendly and very knowledgeable in the food and beverages available. I wanted a non alcoholic drink that was refreshing. She knew exactly what to recommend. It was relaxing. Definitely a place to go.

Great service right at the beginning, lovely front desk staff, stunning exterior and historic interior. Pet friendly is a big plus. Great location, close to everything. Unfortunately the air conditioning was super loud in our room and we were a bit sleepless.

Definitely not a 4-5 star hotel. $550.00 for 2 nights standard room. The beds are so small fits only one person comfortably. The fridge did not work, maintenance came said they are not fridges they are cooler. They did bring me a fridge. The rugs that are all wrinkled up and chair in my room are very dirty. There are paint splatters and streaks in the bathroom from a very poorly done job. The tub is all stained and gross. The water was not hot enough. $18.00 a night for parking arrive back about 8pm there is no parking spaces. They sent my husband somewhere else to park. We paid for parking at the machine outside, and they still charged our credit card. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we didn't want to give this place on cent more.Was here for a celebration it was stressful and disappointing. The negative reviews you see are real. Yes even the coffee pot in the closet one. I have pictures no place to post them.

Not impressed. Front desk manager not interested in helping. No dinner restaurant - bar dining with food that's mediocre at best. NO FOOD AT ALL AVAILABLE AFTER 9pm. Very poor beer selection - your usual US/CAN longneck lager suspects, Stella, a stout and a - lentil beer...? Breakfast not included and overpriced. Kudos to most of the staff though - professional and courteous. The pool area is complimentary and really great - but since this joint is labeled a spa"

It was a nice experience, would i choose this place evwry time I'm in the city? No.They charge 18 dollars for over night parking, but their one parking lot was flooded. The water was about a foot deep with no drain, so it continously got deeper as the snow melted.I also have the suspicion that they will take your money for over night parking even if there is no spaces available. They told me to park on the north end, but i had to park on the south end last night since the north parking lot was full.

Here for 3 nights on business this week. Beautiful large room. The staff have all been amazing. Amit S added an extra touch of attention to our stay which is much appreciated. The front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful. And a special thank you to Emily M on the f&b team. Emily went well out of her way to help my wife with menu options. Much appreciated stay.

Common public areas such as gym were very nice. Room was small and needed updating. HVAC system was noisy. Restaurant didn't offer dinner and breakfast was very expensive and my husband's order was wrong. Hotel personnel were generally friendly and helpful.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Rooms are roomy, hotel has a very classic/high-end feel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are fabulous.Definitely recommend the suites of you're feeling extravagant, you will not be disappointed.

I was not lucky enough to stay at the hotel. But today my colleagues and I decided to go visit it because it had been recommended to us for its unique architecture and its history behind it. We are foreigners so we don't know how to move around the city very well, hand in hand with the fact that we are university students on vacation. The weather was very cold at that time, we were at approximately -23, so it would also be our chance to get hot. Upon entering the hotel the person at the desk looked scared. We began to take photos and see how the place was. My partner proceeded to ask if we could go up a bit, to which she replied no, because it was private property. We proceeded to find a bus back to our next destination. At the same time that this was happening, the lady at the desk called someone to get us out. We understand that it is not open to the public and that we cannot go upstairs because it bothers the clients, however the treatment by the hotel staff was very hostile and I could take it from my perspective as racist. It is very sad that we have felt a bad treatment considering that it is one of the best places to stay in the city.

Loved the old charm of this hotel. Seems like a wedding kind of spot. The history is amazing. I heard they are getting a big renovation. This building is an icon on the Saskatoon skyline. Room was great loved the water view.
