I called this location among other lcoations looking for a walker for my father. This location not only returned my phone call, but took care of every detail for me with a smile. Behnaz who is one of the team was very attentive and sensitive to my needs. Thank you to the team at the 8000 Bathurst Street Location, you took a lot of pressure off my shoulders.

Terrible customer service. Called to inquire about travelling catheters for a sick family member. Lady named Hope" did not even listen to my question and kept asking for a reference number. She was really rude over the phone and was unwilling to hear my question.My question was about whether such catheters exist and how I can go about getting one.Called the Markham store

Our family doctor is excellent.This review is specifically regarding one lady that works behind the front desk. I forget her exact name, but she's on the younger side. Although being ethnic herself, she does behave in a racially aggressive way (racist).Extremely rude and coarse. Treats customers/patients like they're criminals. This individual needs to receive some sort of customer service training, or look for a new profession in general. Seriously disgusting the way you talk to people.

I just called to inquire about the Cubbi and couldn’t believe how rude the young woman who picked up the phone was! I realize that these times are stressful but I asked her what the price was as I had seen it advertised for 299.99 and she said it’s the regular price and I asked her what is was and she said 344.00 when I inquired about the 299 she abruptly said that was the sale price and it’s over now so you’re going to have to pay 344.00. Because of her rudeness I will be ordering it from Amazon now. You just lost a potential customer

Been here twice and both times I came out without buying the items I wanted bc they didn't have it in stock. I was also unable to process a refund for an item I ordered through their website. I'm dissapointed that the store has barely any stock and dont carry the items advertised in their flyer which forces customers to buy online as well as the hassle involved in returning the item. The lady who refused my refund was also very rude and unhelpful. I asked her for the contact number for the refund and she told me to just find it on my own.

I am disgusted by the ill treatment my elderly father received and am writing this review to warn others.Two weeks ago my father called this location searching for N95 masks. He was told they were out of stock but sell for $50 plus tax for a pack of 20 and were expecting them back on on January 5th 2022. My father called that morning and was told that they were in stock but when my father confirmed the price he was told a week prior it was now doubled! $100 + tax! When he asked the female employee why the price had doubled in a week, she responded with That is the price

Would also give zero. Was sold an already opened product that was broken. Employee and entire store heard the product malfunctioning and then argued that it was fine and that i was just unfamiliar with the product I have been using for the last ten years. Then was told I couldn't get a refund because it was opened even though that was the way I purchased it. No manager available to deal with the problem and judging by the treatment of the other customers in the store at the time the management doesn't care. Will update if I hear from a manager. Current review is unknowledgeable incompetent staff, rude to elderly customers in need, and I'm assuming they just ripped me off for $200.

Jackie was extremely helpful! I came in for compression socks and she was very eager to show me the different products! I never like to come in close to closing time but Jackie still continued to assist me and ensure I had everything on the receipt for my insurance. Great customer service!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unhelpful service, and when I explained what we were looking for and that the other locations kept hanging up on our calls. She explained that I needed to be patient. Very poor service, and lack of empathy our needs.
