JYSK Hamilton - South Hamilton Square

I was taken care of by Sean the store manager, he was very personable, helpful and made me feel at ease with my purchase also explained everything in full detail to me. Other staff I met in the store were also very friendly and made my shopping experience pleasurable.I would highly recommend this store to shop in.Thank you again Sean and staff.

Placed an online order for pick up (just 1 lawn chair that they had in stock), when I called to confirm it was ready for pick up on the following day, i was placed on numerous lengthly holds and they couldn't find my name or order in the system. They told me I must have ordered pick up for another location, but my confirmation email had their address. Finally they said they found the order and it was ready for pick up. At this point I wouldn't have time to stop on the way to soccer *whole point of the chair* so I decided to go the next day after work. I recieved an email the next day that they were cancelling my order as they were our of stock. I had paid already and confirmed it was there for pick up. I did recieve the money back to my card at least, just a messy operation.

This was my first time going into a JYSK store. I found a table I really liked but they were out of stock. Sean showed me one in the clearance he had just marked down. I really liked it, but it wouldn’t have fit in my car assembled :(He grabbed a screwdriver and other tools needed and helped me disassemble it so it would fit in my car! If this isn’t 5+ star customer service I don’t know what is! They were awesome here!

I went to the Burlington location yesterday and when I walked in there was 5 staff members sitting down at the front I was looking for some help but want not greeted or helped much :( today I decided to go to the upper James location and was immediately greeted with a friendly face and positive attitude. I was helped by a man named Sean, he was so attentive and kind he showed me many options that would suit me and my budget best I went in for one item in mind and ended up purchasing 4 AMAZING items and I could not be happier with my experience!! Thankyou so much to the great staff and service I will absolutely be back for future sales ! :D

This store has a lot of selection in it. I really enjoy coming to this store to look at whatever I may need. The cashier Anna is extremely nice and very helpful. Every time I am there she is always smiling and really fast at checking me out.

We were looking for an item that we weren't sure if it was in stock yet, but we were approached by Lou, and she started the search immediately.First the back stock area, computer search then provincial wide, amazing!!! While she was hunting " we waited

Had the most wonderful experience in the Hamilton Store made by the assistance of Sean! I have been looking for a small bathroom cabinet forever could never make up my mind, Sean was so helpful in answering all my questions and I purchased the perfect cabinet. I went in to look at bed spreads and Sean made that experience so much fun and easy, I now have two new beautiful ones. Thank you Sean for the Customer Service Excellence, and for getting me to laugh out loud!

2 sales associates asked if I required any help. They were all very helpful and very friendly. Once I finally made my selection, it was easy to find someone to retrieve the item from the back. They carried it to the front cashier and then to my car. The sales associate told me there was a 45 day price guarantee and if the item goes on sale within that time frame, they would adjust the price for me by bringing in the bill. Top notch service at this place.
