I was travelling in NB with my son and get stock on a Friday afternoon. I need to get back home in Quebec city by the evening. The people of this dealer are simply AWESOME. All of them from the receptionist, the service, the dealer and Mecanic. The job was done professionally and in a short delay. Thumb up to all of you. I do recommend this dealer without any doubt.

We were back to Toronto from Halifax and my journey broke down. Mike Doucette took real good care of us , booked us a motel and also dropped us and picked us back from the motel the next day as the part wasn't available here. Never ever experienced this kind of service anywhere. These ppl treated us like their own family. Thanks to Danny, Mark who helped us tow the car from subway nearby and a huge and special thanks to Mike . Love u all and see u soon in the future.

I travel from NS to MTL each month for work, my wheel bearing let go on my truck and damaged other parts as well. Being out of town and stranded I had no idea what shops would have parts, so I called Connell in hopes they could help me or recommend a place. After I explained my situation over the phone they went right to work to help me. Got my truck right in and assessed the damage and quoted me the parts price. I had anticipated an over night stay in woodstock which would be hotel, meals, and a maintenance bill. I arrived at the dealership shortly after noon via tow truck and by 4:00pm I was back on the road and homeward for Halifax. They treated me like gold and got me out of a serious jam and back on the road. I was in a hurry to get home to bury my grandfather as the rest of the family was waiting on me to get home off my rotation. I will never forget that day and the service I was provided. I recommend their service and hospitality to anybody in the area or passing thru.

Quick and easy .went in for a fluid check .And they fixed a coolant hose that the clamp broke on as well as the checkvi asked for .Highly recommend. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE GUYS .

Absolute worst service I've ever received! Took our 2018 compass there to be diagnosed. It was a night drop for our 8:00 A.M. appointment and we requested a call after an hour to let us know how they were making out. Had to call at 10 as we hadn't heard from anyone. We were told they were still diagnosing. Called back about 3 hours later and were told they didn't know what the issue was. When asked how long they thought they would need to diagnose it further (money is tight with Christmas a month away) they asked how much we wanted to sink into it. At that point we told them to stop diagnosing because our appointment was at 8 and we couldn't afford more than 5 hours without any idea of the problem. We were billed for 2 hours which would lead us to believe our appointment time meant nothing and the vehicle wouldn't have even been in the shop when they were still diagnosing" at 10.They suggested a part that could possibly fix the problem and after getting a second opinion we decided to try it. Called on Wednesday to order the part and book an appointment for the repair. We were told the part would be there in 2 days (Friday) and they would schedule for Monday or Tuesday (which was fine because the vehicle was there and couldn't be moved until it was fixed). Went to drop the keys off Friday afternoon and was told the part was there and they would hopefully be able to repair it at the start of the week (at this point an appointment should have already been booked). The following Tuesday afternoon we called to check in and see if the work had been completed. We were told that the key had to be reprogrammed and if we had a spare key to bring it and they would program it as well. When we went to pay the final bill and pick up the Jeep

Great Service experience! I just moved to the area from Ontario and my mother-in-law came out to visit and was headed back when she stopped for gas and the starter quit in her Ram. We had the truck towed to Connell Chrysler late on a Friday evening and it was repaired and back in our hands before noon on Saturday! Thank you, Sheldon and the entire Service Team at Connell Chrysler!
