Yipin Handmade Fruit Tea
Me and my fiancé dropped by Gracie’s bubble tea shop and was very impressed with the quality of the bubble tea. Yippin uses real fruits that are locally sourced unlike the other bigger bubble tea chains. The tapioca was also very soft. The atmosphere was very welcoming with the wish cards and giant teddy bear. The owner even took a moment to chat with us about how they make their bubble tea. This shop now has a special place in our heart and we will definitely be back.

Ordered 3 different drinks (2 fruit slushes and 1 milk tea) and all were high quality and delicious but I’m still dreaming about the Watermelon Coconut Milk slushie. Their “pearls” were great texture. Service was perfect; kind, inviting, and as fast as possible considering the process it takes.Looking forward to coming back to get that bubble tea and fresh fruit drink “fix”.

I was driving by and noticed the fresh milk tea sign and decided to stop in. Let me tell you,I’m glad I did. This cute little corner store offers delicious handmade fruit tea and more! Thank you for being so kind, the drinks were delicious!

Yipin Handmade Fruit Tea
I visited my family nearby recently and noticed this new little shop. Gracie was working by herself but kept a good pace and provided an amazing quality of service and delicious tea. My Taro slush was well-blended, perfect amount of sugar for me at 50% and great flavour. I’ll definitely be back!

Such an adorable boba shop! The girl helping us was super kind.The tea was amazing. Cheese foam was to die for. The tapioca pearls were perfectly done. And they aren’t greedy with the toppings (also comes free with your drink). Fairly priced when comparing to other boba shops.Definitely would recommend!! 9.3/10

Hands down my favourite bubble tea place, only off of one visit! Maybe I came on a good day and too bad I don't live closer, but the atmosphere was sooo cute. I loved how there were people's goals and wishes hanging all over the store. I love the drink options here, so unique like the blueberry slush! Soo delicious, hope to come back here again asap.

Very cute Local Bubble tea store! I love the ambience of the store, how people have written down their goals and hung it up on the walls. The baristas are so nice and friendly. They have so many options to choose from and the tea really is handmade fresh to order. It was too bad they didn’t have enough tapioca when I ordered but they make a fresh small batch every so often depending on how many customers they get during the day. The drinks we got were so refreshing and were really good. When I’m back in the area, I’m definitely coming back here to try their other drinks!

The owner is so sweet and creative and wonderful, really enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea and awesome that there's dairy free and vegan options. Definitely coming back!
