Bought a coffee mug & a venti sized coffee from there. The coffee mug was one that wasn't available at any of the locations coffee shops in Vancouver.

This location seems to have lost the Starbucks plot. So slow service. The staff is friendly but clueless. Last I was there they were so busy on their own social agenda that it took 5 mins to get my order in and the place was virtually empty..

I got a venti sized drink, thought it felt a little light and when I opened the lid, it was only 3/4 full. I would have rather paid for a grande size since that's all I'm getting. :')

Coffees as of late is hit and miss and seems to be under flavoured quite significantly, I watched somebody pump an empty bottle of syrup into my coffee and when I asked them to add more from a different not empty bottle seemed a tad confused.Staff always seem friendly though.

Never order in advance from this location. They never make anything in less than 20 minutes, even though the app always says it will take less than half that time. You'll never know if your drink will be ready by the time you get there. They are horribly understaffed and have seemingly have a massive turnover. What an awful place.

I love working out of this Starbucks. The Fort and Blanshard intersection is just wonderful to be at, and this location is close to a dozen excellent restaurants, book stores, and boutiques.The place is usually quite busy in the morning, but I've never had any problems finding a place to sit down and plug in.My only complaint is that, almost always, there is urine on the toilet seat. I wish the washroom were cleaned more often.

Their staffs are so friendly. Not much space for seating. Just bar seats for around 10 people.
