Fantastic store and staff. If you’re into candles they surprisingly have their own brand which are really affordable and smell amazing. Javier assisted me with my purchase and he is so lovely and funny! No sales pressure or anything and is so helpful. I’m looking forward to picking up my purchases next week from them!

My friend and I shopped a lot in Park royal. All staff were so helpful. Negar was very professional and helpful,.patient and nice. We will definitely come back for more shopping.

Your store had a lot of great pieces however the service was below my expectations. I found the person taking our order very uninterested in us and more interested in talking to another employee.We left pre paying our order with small print out from your CC payment machine. I found it weird that the sale was not followed up with an email of info since the item will not be ready for 2+ months.

I am so disappointed from the quality of my purchase. I bought a altamira sofa , the material of fabric is ridiculous and the foam is very poor in quality. We have no pet / no kids and after less than a year of usage the look and the material is shrinking and is useless. Just take a look of the pictures I have attached, does it look a few months old sofa?We tried to talk to customer service in PR and online, however they were not helpful and didn’t help us at all. Not even the head quarter bothered our complaints and they reached to us via their sales and support team.Please, be aware of their disloyal attitude and dishonesty when they try to sale a furniture to you, so after a few months you won’t experience what we are experiencing. And don’t rely on the warranty of the quality

The staff, service, and quality of products at this store are excellent. I had a really pleasing shopping experience with Negar whom helped us find all the items we were looking for and provided great alternatives for products that were out of stock.

I had a really interesting experience with Urban Barn. The dining table we bought had different aspects of the one in the catalog. Even though this can be a really bad experience, the customer service support offered by the sales team at the shop was very important and they resolve the issue in an eyeblink.It was not the first time I shopped there, and it will not be the last time also.Thank you for the great customer service.

I drop into Urban Barn Park Royal occasionally to have a look at all the lovely items. Earlier this week I decided to buy a picture that was hanging on the wall and I knew it would look great in our living room. I was disappointed that I couldn't get it that day and also that it wouldn't be available until July - 3 months away! And then to top it off I had to pay for the entire thing, not a deposit, but the entire thing.

I would be giving no stars if that was an option I have been messed around by the company after they put codes in wrong (Park Royal) and I was told we would after all this have a quick delivery and when I first asked I was told 10 working days and now being told I can’t get delivery until sept 14th. It’s July 13th now. If I was told this I would never have paid for sofa. Which I have now had to pay for 2x due to their mess up. Be wary. We still can’t get a response and they just tell you it’s the warehouses problem. We haven’t had a receipt of purchase having now had to buy the sofa twice and feel very much fobbed off by the staff who we are having to chase for a delivery date. We would love to speak to someone higher up but informed this is not possible. Absolutely shocked by how after taking so much money from us (twice) we are now not even given a decent delivery or in fact any voluntary communication.

I am very impressed with the customer service that Ali shows to me when i went to Park Royal location, he's very knowledgeable, and goes beyond the customer service that I was expecting. Very friendly and approachable, he let me browse the furniture with no pressure to buy. Great furniture and service. I had a very good experience, keep it up.
