Cute packaging. Got 6 flakey crust egg tarts and one butter crust egg tart to try. The flakey crust is not flakey enough. The custard has a dense texture and is not overly sweet.The butter crust has a more cookie like texture. It is good but I prefer a more flakey crust. Overall not a bad choice for egg tarts.Both kinds are $2.25 each. They only take cash and debit with a $0.25 cent extra charge if you use debit.

AVOID this bakery! Ordered the strawberry meringue cake on Monday and ate the leftover on the next day, the strawberries were mold. Thought I tasted it wrong and ate the last piece on the next day (Wednesday), confirmed the strawberries were mold and they turned brown already. Called the bakery to address and got the worst customer service ever, the lady on the phone were laughing when I told them the strawberries are not fresh and turned moldy. Will never coming back!

Probably come to this bakery since I was born. This bakery is our favorite for cantonese classics like a BLB or baked rices. Their prices honestly have risen with inflation but still reasonable. I just come here for speed and quality and it has never disappointed us honestly.

This is my parent's favourite bakery. They always buy Lucullus' egg custard tarts when the grandkids visit. I prefer their tarts because of the flakey and crispy crust.I thought their mango cake was covered in orange icing, but on closer inspection, it's actually garnished with super-thin slices of ripe mango!The shop also offers hot food. My favourite item is the sticky rice and savoury pork wrapped in lotus leaf.

The bakery is one of my favourite ones. The price is close to high end but the buns are really tasty. Love the pineapple buns the most as it is one of the best in surroundings. Last time I went one little drawback. There is a man who is around 50-60 years old, came into the store and directly used his hands to grab the egg tarts, no glove, no tools his used, but only with his hands. I felt very disgusting and unclean, especially in this pandemic time. Hope the workers here can pay more attention.

Hands down my fave iced lemon tea in town!! We come back so often just for it (and the buns). The steamed rice is also really good - try the steamed pork with octopus (coz the sweet soy sauce is so good) or the chicken a la king!

Anyone who complains about the customer service is naive to the likelihood that these ladies are just trying to get by, make an honest living, and keep it moving. These ladies aren’t here to listen to your complaints that you didn’t get enough raspberries on your birthday cake. Lucullus is the best Asian bakery out there. Their variety, for being a Cantonese bakery, is impressive. Their buns are always delicious. The quality of the egg tart is unmatched to any other location in the GTA. I go here at least once a week & I’m sad that my bank account can’t fund my Lucullus addiction.

Lucullus Bakery
Lucullus Bakery is one of the popular bakeries in Richmond Hill for HK buns and other products. I really enjoyed their coconut and cream buns when they were distributed at the nearby supermarket.The buns are stuffed to the brim, and you can really feel the weight of all of the tasty stuffing inside. I finally visited their actual bakery today. It’s as popular as ever. The stuffing was a tad too sweet compared to what I recalled!
