My experience with Pillar to Post was amazing. Each step was easy and simple as a first-time home buyer. Brandon was excellent to work with and provided a very thorough report and follow up. I would highly recommend working with them for your inspection needs.

Brandon was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained things every step of the way and answered any questions we had. I was confident that there was nothing overlooked and that our new home was inspected properly. My report was easy to read included pictures of everything that needed fixing in the future. Also included were floor plans with exact measurements, which was helpful in planning our renovations. I highly recommend Pillar to Post !

Brandon did an excellent job on our home inspection. Even though I couldn't be there, my parents and realtor were there and he spent an hour going over his findings. I decided to not purchase the property as there were several structural issues that couldn't be overlooked. I was really anxious about getting a good home inspector (since I have friends who've dealt with home buying/inspection nightmares), but Brandon was everything I needed a home inspector to be and I'd gladly recommend him to friends and family! In client-centric industries, it can be hard to find people with genuinely good communication skills, so I'd like to really highlight that speaking with Brandon was a positive experience from start to finish. Both in writing/email and in person, he was respectful, polite, and professional. He responded to emails punctually and provided well thought out answers to my questions. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated that he did his best to explain things clearly, listened to my questions/concerns, and re-explained things to make sure I understood the contents of the inspection report. If things were serious or not a reason to worry, he took the time to point them out as well. It was clear from his review and the report itself that Brandon had paid close attention to even the smallest details and been thorough during his inspection. My wife and I are moving to NB from ON and our realtor gave us Brandon’s info for a potential home inspector to use. I looked at a couple of inspectors and decided to go with Pillar to Post as their inspection packages seemed incredibly thorough. With the WETT inspection and the middle grade inspection package we saw a considerable cost for our home inspection, that we weren’t exactly prepared for which made us a little nervous. One statement: WORTH EVERY CENT! Brandon was in communication with us almost immediately. Stayed in constant communication with us leading up to the inspection and answered any questions I had promptly and accurately. He spent 3.5 hours at the home and went through everything! 3.5 HOURS! A 360 map was made of our home, a blueprint floor plan was made for our home and the inspection itself was documented on a multi page report that he then spent 1.5 hours with us on a zoom call to go over and make sure we understood every single aspect of the report. We’re 1600km away in ON and I’ve never felt more comfortable and trusting of an individual to take care of something for me. Do not hesitate to use Pillar to Post to do your home inspections, easily the best in the business!
