The drive thru is always long because the services are super slow.Always wrong order or order missed.Giving me a lukewarm americano and turned out it’s a « dirt watery coffee ». when returned it to their counter, they don’t believe it and checked the machine again. Finally they realized the machine is broken! Wasted me a good 30mins for getting two cup of coffee!

Would love to share details of my experience... but I had no experience, at least not with the food. Despite advertised as being open 24 hours, there was no one in the store. No one to take drive-thru orders either.

Very often items ordered through the app are not available late afternoon. The app does not signal the unavailability of these items. For instance, today they were out of donuts at 6:10PM. Closing time is 8:30PM. I hope the manager reads this. It's an ongoing issue since last (2021) Summer.

This is THE worst Tim's. The service is terribly slow and nonchalant it is painful to see. The drive through on a Saturday 10:30 took 45MINUTES! We got to the window and they handed out food without the drinks. We waited another 3 minutes for the drinks. A employee put the drink on the table next to the pickup and I had to tell them those are ours!! We ordered 20 timbits mixed... They gave us 10 old-fashioned+10 plains. The employees are putting more energy in not caring than doing their work.Close this place down or sell to a leader that will be able to turn it around.

What's happened this Sunday- disgusting behavior of TM staff:my wife went inside to order 2 ☕️ with something sweet, but the choice was restricted, and she came outside to ask me if I'm OK with that. I said it's OK, but when she returned back the guy closed the door and said, we are close ".My wife asked just for a second to make an order

Been coming to this Tim’s for years, the quality of service has been going down for years. Rude employees, shouting matches amongst the staff. If I could less than one star I would.

very bad experience, the shop is close most of the time and when it's open nothing is available to order. I think it has a management problems very disappointed I'll never be back again

UPDATE: Went here recently and the restaurant was closed but the drive-thru was open. No indication as to it being closed or why, and staff just stare when you pull on the door.Cashier was very professional and friendly.That aside, I have traveled across all of Canada twice, and THIS is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to in terms of visible staff to how long it took for people to get their items.I waited in line behind one person for nearly ten minutes when all they ordered was a single large ice coffee. Staff was wandering back and forth looking confused.

Every few months I Pass by and hope service is better but like usual... they don't have most of the donuts... or the Ice Cappuccino (oreo cookie) or the timbits... it's frustrating that Tim Horton is running out of donuts... which is their main presentation

Watch out if you order almond milk or any other type of milk than what they usually serve because they will charge you they price and yet give you the regular milk and if you are lactose intolerant it will make you sick, I've been sick many time and always ask them to make sure it's almond or oat milk. Sometimes there's nice people taking the other that really do make sure that they are using what you ordered because everytime I have to tell them last time I was sick... Sometimes they check sometimes they don't.
