i love the roasted milk teas very unique taste similar to a roasted latte. i always add tapioca pearls as well :) music is a little bit loud so i couldn’t study as hoped but still lovely experience

Ordered the brown sugar drink variant with black bubbles. I liked the drink but the bubbles.. not so much. Everyone else I tried to hand it over to disliked them as well. Again, the drink itself was delicious though!

Ordered 3 drinks for delivery last night, and sadly the pearls in all of them were completely hard on the inside, I don’t think they were cooked long enough, I almost couldn’t bite through them.Updated: I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1 when considering the owners embarrassing response to my initial complaint… If a customer complains about something, you should respond professionally, not the way you have. I was pretty respectful in my review but the response from the owner just sounds childish and like they can’t take criticism, and is overall very passive aggressive and blaming- as if it is my fault you didn’t cook the pearls fully…

The drinks were made with care and precision… I SO appreciate the attention the employees put into making my drinks. The drinks were delicious and the employees were so nice! Will definitely be back!

Excellent price and fantastic location! My drinks were ready quickly and were very reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and the establishment is absolutely spotless.SO happy there is finally a Chatime in Bedford! My go-to for bubble tea!(Will edit with pictures next time I'm there!)
