I have purchased light fixtures for my second home now from Royal lighting and every time I have been extremely happy not only with the fixtures themselves but with the service. Always so friendly, informative and willing to help without the push to sell. This will definitely be my go to store for great selection and service!

Great place if you're looking for a lighting solution. They have quite a selection of chandeliers. Highly recommended especially if just trying to figure out what might work.

I have been a loyal customer of Royal Lighting for many years. Their customer service has always been outstanding but this time they really went above and beyond! I had to exchange a ceiling light with a fan because after it had been installed, I noticed it had a damaged part. When I called I spoke to Ebony, who was just wonderful. She looked into my options and I needed an entire new one which she ordered on my behalf. Instead of me having to chase her for updates, she contacted me. I just returned the damaged product today and wanted to thank Ebony in person. She was not in but Mikey at the cash register knew my name and what has transpired with Ebony. I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer which unfortunately is so very rare these days. Thanks Royal Lighting!

Decent lighting store bought my ceiling lamp here no issues so far. The non-standard wire coloring makes it difficult for install but doable thank you

Two different sales people and two different results. Maria was helpful, respectful and a general asset to our shopping...$2500 purchase. The other person was not...sale price was for floor model only and ordering three others would incurr @$200 total increase plus taxes...nowhere did the sign say that about the sale price...when we asked, well that's the way it is"...not for us = no sale and we walked out. Tip...ask for Maria (5 stars for sure)."

Amazing variety of lights, for even the most eclectic of needs, add to this... exceptional customer service, and you have no need to go anywhere else for all your lighting!

We bought a ceiling fan for our great room / main floor from Royal Lighting as we didn't want to support the Home Depots of the world and wanted something a little nicer. We understood it would also cost a little more. We had our GC who has done a lot of work for us instal it. There was an issue upon installation that the blades / rotor wouldn't turn. It just made his grinding sound when switched on. It seemed seized. Our GC assured us it wasn't his installation that was the issue, there must be something wrong with the fan. So expecting the worst I called RL. At first I was told by a sales associate I would need to take it down and bring it in. I said that wasn't happening as we just paid to have it installed. She put us on to Alex the store operations manager (I believe was his title). He took our information and on the same day / afternoon drove across rush hour clogged town to our home to have a look personally. The same day. Upon arrival he quickly discovered upon taking it somewhat apart that our usually competent GC had left the shipping blocks in the fan which the instructions said to remove and that was preventing it from spinning. Alex was polite and gracious the whole time and even took a few minutes to do a little maintenance on another floor lamp from RL that had become wobbly over time since he was here. To RL and in closing all I can say is you have an absolutely terrific team member in Alex that does your business proud and you have earned even more of our business in the future as it's money well spent.

Excellent service. From the main showpiece light fixture in your foyer to the lightbulbs you need to put into those fixtures they are the “go to” store. I have purchased a number of fixtures and went to them to the odd bulb that can’t be found “online”. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
