Called for quotes around Whitby to get my cracked windshield replaced and was getting similar high quotes and decided to call one last place: Spotless Auto Glass and I was glad that I did. Their quote was 35% lower and they did a great job. I had a high comprehensive deductible so I couldn't use insurance to help out with the cost so was very appreciative to get a great price and service from Spotless. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

For the last 11 years I have been going to Spotless Auto for all my used vehicle needs, be it either buying a vehicle or having repairs done. I like to try different vehicles out every few years to see what suits me and what doesn't. In that time I have tried a Chevy S10 pickup truck, Pontiac Sunfire, Chevy Cobalt, and now a Dodge Journey. All 4 vehicles were excellent and affordable for different times in my life (I'm 30 now) and I've had very few if any problems. During my experiences driving these vehicles there were a few minor things that needed to be replaced, such as a timing belt on my truck, electric window motor in my car, burnt out head light and wheel bearing in the cobalt but these types of repairs are quick, easy and cheap (to be expected on a vehicle that is 5-10 years old).Whether you need to buy a vehicle and get to meet Steve (who is down to earth and a man of his word) or need work done and meet Michelle and Dave, you'll always walk away confident that your money was well spent.Michelle is extremely efficient and accommodating. She makes you feel like you're part of the family, like a friend. Michelle is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is done right and on time with no hidden expenses.Dave will inform you of areas you may want to keep an eye on for the future during his inspections so that you know the condition of your vehicle and won't have any unpleasant future surprises. I'm not a mechanic, and he knows that my knowledge of vehicles only stems so far, so he will explain (and even show me) where a problem is coming from when I bring it in so that I understand it completely.Spotless Auto is the only place I trust when it comes to the safety of my vehicles for both myself, family and friends. TLTR; If you're in the market for a used vehicle, Steve's dealership should be the place you go.Bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler X for an extremely reasonable price in an unreasonable market. I drove several hours for it and after driving back home with it, satisfied can hardly describe the feeling. Super happy with it! Steve and Jennifer were awesome and made purchasing a used car pleasurable, hassle free and fun. Thank you so much!Long Version: Like most Canadians, buying a new car nowadays is lunacy. We find ourselves grovelling at the mercy of inflation, exorbitant prices and continued personal debt accumulation. I would have loved a 20-something new gadgets car. Both my wife and I have full time jobs with decent salaries. But alas, school debts, debts, mortgage, groceries....who the heck can afford $1000+ in new car payments?! Perusing used car dealer lots, I was floored with what was being demanded for cars that are on the brink of being scrapped because of high mileage. Then there's Steve Grant with his humble dealership located in the heart of Whitby ON. It's a small dealership in what was a 1930's service station. It gave Back to the Future feels like I was in Hill Valley and was gonna see Marty McFly zip by in Doc's DMC DeLorean time machine. I spoke with Steve over the phone and I was eyeing a used 2007 Jeep Wrangler X to replace my maintenance hungry 2005 VW Passat. Steve was eager and up front with the Jeep he had in his lot and was more than fair. He went beyond in ensuring that when I drove home with the Jeep, I drove home satisfied and he delivered in a huge way. This will be my third Jeep in my lifetime and it drove arguably better than a new car. Steve went passed and beyond by anyone's standards and worked for his customer, unlike most places nowadays. If you're reading this Steve, heartfelt thank-you to yourself and daughter Jennifer, and if I ever need a used car again or know someone that does, your shop will be the first on the list to visit. Amazing experience with these guys. Steve and Matt are professionals. I was in a hunt for a new car and my brother used to work for them. He recommended me check them out so I did and found the car I was looking for at this dealership. The service and customer service I received is beyond satisfactory Steve is an amazing guy upfront honest and very trustworthy. He helped me out so much as he knew my car was falling apart and told me stop fixing it and buy my dream car. He went beyond and made sure my new car was cleaned and checked out by his mechanic. I definitely trust these guys and will definitely recommend them for anything they aren’t just a used car dealership it’s a mechanic shop as well as a detailing shop. **Do not buy a car from here!!!*I purchased this car in June of 2022 as my first car! It cost ~$8000, which was quite a bit as a 17 year old student. Upon getting it home we found razor blades, a horrible smell, and so much more in the spare wheel area. A horrible job for a detail shop.Within days of getting it home we found out the rear door wouldn’t open from the inside and the windows would not roll down (both an obvious safety issue despite it being “safetied”). A couple months later we found my high beams, rear lights, and turning signals would not work!! Upon asking the owner, respectfully, what he would do to rectify this issue he replied, “nothing if you talk to me like that”, and never chose to respond.10 Days after the warranty has expired it begins to jerk and shift roughly- Only to have just visited a local transmission shop and be quoted $3000 to fix it.Do not buy a vehicle from here, we spent far too much money and we have invested way too much in this vehicle. Even when we told the owner about previous bad car experiences he continued to sell us this horrible vehicle. Avoid buying a car from here.. and even a detailing apparently.

Came to detail my cars and they quickly became my go to mechanic.Excellent service! Always accommodating and upfront.

I regularly bring my vehicle into spotless for maintenance and they are amazing. I had my vehicle detailed by them last year and am so happy I did. It looks new again and it's an older model. They are reasonably prices and the results are amazing!!! There were huge salt stains from many years of build up and they got them all out!Love this place and I'm confident that if I ever did have a problem I could address it with them no problem. They have excellent customer service and really care for and appreciate their customers!

Came to Spotless Auto Glass & Car Care for a replacement Air Conditioner in my 2015 Toyota Corolla. They had quality and efficient service - and my AC is working like a charm!

My mother had used Spotless Auto a few times to get her car repaired and always spoke highly of the company. She suggested to me that I bring my car there the next time I need maintenance or repair done to my car. I brought my Hyundai Genesis Sedan there and was helped by Steve. I regret not knowing about this place years ago.I had such a great experience, Steve is a great guy,honest, and a true professional. He will definitely go above and beyond for you.
