Worst customer service!!!!!They came out (after two no shows) and Installed the unit.The control panel stopped working a few months later and I called for someone to come take a look. I was informed someone would come by the following week. I took the day off work and nobody showed. I got in contact with the installer and he informed me he was running behind and would update me shortly. He did not do that. I have tried to connect with them at least a dozen times since and they are full on ignoring me. They do not stand behind their work.

Have to share so it doesn't happen to others. After sales support with Manara Services is sadly lacking...next to nothing. When an issue arises don't be surprised if they wash their hands and do nothing about it. Sure, reviews are great when you're getting the business but when customers require repairs that are warrantied do what's right...it's business 101 and if you're only after people's money, it will be for the short term. Had the issue fixed by a more reputable, credible company that cares. It's a shame you couldn't see the opportunity to make it right and restore a customer's confidence in your service.

Had a new door installed with an opener by Manara Services last year and their service was very good. Called them for an annual service, they came and lubricated the door and did a full checkup. He was even able to help set up the garage door opener on my new phone so I’m able to open or check if it’s closed after I’ve left home. Thank you for that!!! :)

Al Manara was very competitive on phone, until they reached home and started adding all extras to a total of $250 for a single door garage installation. Promised to send an Invoice by email, which I never received. This means I wouldn't have an installation guarantee. The quality of workmanship was poor as well. Will not recommend them

Very professional, knowledgeable, fast and offer reasonable prices.I initially called Amir asking for a spare pare to replace my garage door broker torsion spring myself. Instead of giving me the part and leaving me with the hassle of installation, he offered me to provide the part and the installation at a price slightly higher than the part only when comparing it with other quotes I received from parts provided.He came well prepared and made the job in no time.I’d highly recommend their business for anybody seeking professional quality at a competitive price.

The spring over our door broke and the door would not open with the remote or manually. Called Manara Services and they quoted an estimate right away, and were able to have a technician out the same day. Replaced the springs, confirmed the door was properly reinforced, and reconnected everything in under 2 hours. The company was recommended to me by someone in our neighbourhood, and I have already passed that recommendation on to others. Thank you Amir for your kind and expeditious service

Professional and CaringI called Manara services because they were referred to me by a satisfied neighbour and they did not disappoint! I needed then to install a new garage door relatively quickly because my old one fell apart and they accommodated me when others were not willing to go the extra mile. When they arrived they asked thoughtful questions about what I needed and wanted and they delivered; 100%! Thank you Manara Services, you guys are amazing!

I have used this company for the first time today and I was extremely impressed with his work ethic and honesty. He came to install a garage door opener on his day off. I was very pleases that he came with no hesitation. His prices are very fair and he goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a new garage door opener or even a garage door or any services in regarding the garage opener and doors.

In January of this year I had set up a new garage door installation with Manara Services namely Amir Saad at which time I paid for half of the total cost of the installation which was to happen within a maximum of 16 weeks. After a few phone calls the installation was set for May 19th but I received a message from Amir stating that he hurt himself and that could not install it and would re-schedule for a later date. The communication with Amir was very lacking but on June 12 I was informed to wait 2 weeks for an update. July 13 I called and left a message for Amir to resolve this once and for all even as far as returning my deposit and to date no response. If anyone has had similar issues and how it was resolved I would love to hear from you. It is obvious that 1 star is being kind but no other option. I plan to take legal action to resolve this matter and continue to find other ways to blacklist this operation. To you Manara (Amir) if you read this I recommend that you do the right thing and resolve the problem accordingly.
