My company uses PrimeImage for it support and I've had such good experiences I'm actually writing a review! All the employees are so helpful and very quick to respond even for the slightest problem! I highly recommend them.

We have been using PrimeImage Technologies for a couple years years now for our copier/ printer needs and there service is top notch would not hesitate to refer them to others.

Worst customer service. I had three machines from them. Earlier everything was good but when we need the service they were totally different people. Worst customer service, No follow ups. Staff is soo rude. Its really hard to deal with. They cancelled my contracts in the middle of term and i am like stuck. No where to go and i have like three machines from them.I highly recommend not to use these guys. Worst company and worst service i ever had in our 12 years of business.

I have used PrimeImage with my previous employer and they were amazing to deal with then and more recently I have acquired my own company and have had lots of issues with our scanners, one call to PrimeImage saved me over $10K!!! I didn't have to replace my scanner and in fact they fixed one that was marked for destruction. In particular, we have been dealing with Alex and he has helped us put best practices in place for maintaining the shelf life of our scanners!!! I am so grateful for Alex and the rest of the team at PrimeImage for all their help, knowledge and support. They are extremely experienced and hands-on and respond to every request as soon as I send the request in. The owner Joe has also been amazing to deal with and goes above and beyond for his clients.I would HIGHLY recommend using PrimeImage!!!!

PrimeImage is one of the best IT companies I've ever worked with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and incredibly fast to respond to computer issues as well as printer needs. The fact they're local too is an added bonus.

Your Service is very bad. Team is so rude not helpful at all. It's been 15 days no followup and no service person arrived.

We have been working with Prime Image for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. They always respond quickly and resolve issues right away. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and we can always count on them for whatever we need. Would totally recommend them.
