He helped me pick the right car for me and was very patient throughout the entire process. The car itself was in good condition and hasn't failed me during this first year. I highly recommend giving them a visit. You might just find your diamond in the ruff...

By far the best U Haul pickup experience I have had. Dave was super helpful and friendly and helped to get things moving very efficiently. For anyone in the area needing to pick up a U Haul, I'd recommend this one over Cremazie anytime!

The worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I had an appointment with Ernest to see a car, I had an emergency and wasn't able to meet him but I sent him a message 1h30m before our appointment informing him that I'll not able to come. He replied to me in a very agressive manner and told me not to call him back. Definitely I'll not call him back or even think in buying a car from this place.Update: attaching screen shot of the conversation. Ernest literally said don't call back and now saying I'm a lier!!! It is very obvious how they deal with customers. Totally unacceptable manner. This is a warning not to deal with them.
