Ayce options were extensive. However, I wish that at least one type of broth was part of the ayce price. So, it was kind of expensive but the food was fresh and tasty. I didn't like any of the shrimp items because they tasted a bit too fishy for me, but I'm just super sensitive to seafood flavors. For the dipping sauce, I recommend mixing the following: sesame paste (big ladle), oyster sauce 1tbsp, chili oil (1tsp), chili flakes/paste (1/2tsp), cilantro, and green onions. The table we were seated at was in a corner so we felt a little squished between the trays and showcases around us. The servers were mindful of our table and refilled our broths regularly.Tip: don't cook handmade noodles in your pot unless it's going to be your last round of food. The noodles are dusted with starch, so adding them to the broth from the beginning makes it turn cloudy and thick, and no matter how much fresh broth is added, the broth will not return to its original consistency.

Be prepared to wait a long time for a table if you are here around dinner time on a Friday (1-1.5 hr wait). Once you enter the restaurant, there is a tablet that you can use to enter your contact info to put yourself on the waiting list. A text message is sent to your phone and will let you know when your table is ready. Overall, the food and service is good. I prefer the downtown over the uptown location.

Great vibes amazing food and great service. Only allowed 2 hours from reservation but thats standard. Probably one of the more traditional and decent quality in Toronto. It is also all you can eat but there is food to order as well. Drink menu is nice but a bit expensive. For paying: if more than 5 people you must do one bill keep this in mind.

The place to go for amazing hot pot, dozens of dipping sauces to choose from, cumin one was great mixed with sesame paste(think they mislabeled it as peanut). A large variety of fresh ingredients to order too, the beef tongue and bullfrog legs are must-try, unless you are squeamish. Service was excellent too, tended to all of our needs. No seating time limit either, you can actually take your time and socialize with a large group of friends.

My go-to hot pot location. They are clean and the ingredients always come out fresh. There was a dozen people ahead of us in wait at off-hours; in other words, this truly is a recognized hot pot spot for locals here with many internationals. The place is packed and I’m never disappointed.Only con is that because it is so busy, it is more difficult to make orders and obtain service/assistance. However, when they do notice you, they are nothing short of polite and courteous. The orders come out quite fast as well.I’d say this is the best hot pot location in downtown Toronto!

Pricey… but I think still worth it if you can really whack big portions… perhaps those days are over for me.What I cannot accept is that they still use their plateware and cups even though it has been chipped. And I don’t get why the individual soup spoons are not part of the table set up. Have to get it yourself

(NOTE: AL YOU CAN EAT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE FOR THE ACTUAL BROTHS/HOTPOTS, only the veggie and meat are included) This was my first time trying hotpot and I can say I am so happy I came to 劉一手! The customer service is great and the servers are very hard workers who want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The food tasted great, good portions, and the veggies and meat are fresh— no complain at all about the food! I’d say the only thing was that the atmosphere was a bit too loud and small so it was a bit crazy inside but that’s it. I wish they made more space for the bar as it made it hard to move around.

Came to try this place for the first time. The sitting itself is nice and clean. Servers are quick and niceAnd most importantly, food selection is huge and yummy. We tried the house special, Tom Yum and tomatoes soup bases with lots of meat, chicken, sea food and veggies . And as your soup base evaporates, servers will top it up.Everything came out yummy and we ended the meal with ice-cream !

Lots of selection and I feel like there's something for everyone. The pricing is odd. You need to pay for the broth + all you can eat. I get that broths would be different prices but the fact that broths are $10-$20 is strange. It ends up being 35$ +$15 for your meal which feels like a hidden cost since they advertise to be $35.Its the first time I was charged like this for hot pot, so be careful
