Quel service à la clientèle? La dame qui répond ne connait pas les indicatifs régionaux et pcqu'elle voit un indicatif autre que 514 elle dit que c'est un appel interrurbain... C'est limité comme penser.Elle raccroche au nez pcq je lui fait remarquer son ignorance. Comment une personne qui ne connait pas les indicatifs régionaux peut donner un service?Trouver une autre personne pour l'accueil, parlant avec elle c'est reboutant! Et donnez-lui un cours des indicatifs régionaux du Québec

Rudest customer service I’ve ever gotten. The lady on the phone was rude, yelled unnecessarily out of impatience multiple times and hung up on me.

This service reception is horrid, worst ever on the planet. This receptionist must be fired TODAY, immediately. Useless, rude, mad, blaming, totally f-ed up in a most scandalous way.
