Circumcision Hamilton - Gentle Procedures Clinic

I recommend going to this clinic & Dr. Emmanuel kanu in which ever one of the many locations they have. We took our first newborn son to him for a circumcision and our experience went flawless and amazing as follows: they are extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming at the clinic, they have a great set up for the operation to make you and your child very comfortable. The method the doctor used was flawless, our baby didn’t even CRY or fuss AT ALL, that’s how REALLY gentle the doctor was which made me think what a great name they gave the clinic because they really are very gentle, the method was really fast and extremely safe and it quite literally turned out flawless, clean and without a single tear or pain, EVEN WHEN my 2 weeks old baby received the injection before the operation from the doctor our baby didn’t even feel it or notice!! Amazing. After the procedure everything went great and when ever I had ANY questions even OVER A MONTH after the operation the doctor always replied to our emails right away and checked on the post results a week after the operation via email pics and responded to any questions even after a month. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED clinic and doctor.

Dr. Kanu and team were absolutely amazing. I was hesitant and nervous about the procedure being done on my newborn but from start to finish their work was perfection. The booking process was easy and we had an appointment with very little wait time. The day of we were given clear instructions. The entire process took minutes and they were so gentle and quick that my newborn son didn’t even cry. The recovery time was very minimal and after care was explained thoroughly. Dr. Kanu checked in with us multiple times and answered all my questions. His work looks clean and healed perfectly. I have nothing but positive things to say and recommend them to anyone considering circumcision.

Level of service was subpar. The doctor left without a word after the procedure. He did not make the experience calming or reassuring for us. The nurse just told us to follow the post care instructions we were emailed. Aside from that, procedure went well, and our son healed well.
