A friend of mine recommended Topfire to me as he had a great experience with them when he purchased his barbeque a couple of years ago...and he is right.From placing the order with James to Ron delivering the barbeque to my place, the service was speedy and excellent in every step of the process. Especially when Ron delivered the barbeque to my house, he made every effort to ensure the barbeque is fully ready for a birthday party the next day...he was supposed to just drop it off on the driveway, but he insisted to help me move the heavy barbeque down the stairs to my walkout-basement backyard, tested the burners and gave me great advice about the burn-in and the maintenance going forward.You can tell that they walk the extra miles to make sure your experience with them is great. I highly recommend Topfire.

I am extremely disappointed with the owner Ron and his customer service. Bought a fireplace a couple years ago and was convinced that a blower was not necessary when in fact it would have dispersed the hot air throughout the basement more efficiently. Now that I have asked them to do it afterwards it is costing almost double what it would have with labor to go back in. No accountability on the owner's part for misleading me. And extremely poor professionalism for involving his serviceman in the dispute when the issue was between the owner and myself. No attempt by Ron to resolve the situation. Do not do business here.

We worked with James in the Ajax store who showed us a variety of electric fireplaces and explained their features, similarities and differences. This helped us selected a Napoleon unit for our new sunroom. Since we live in Aurora, James connected us with his dad Ron who runs the Aurora store. Both Ron and James kept us informed as we waited delivery from Napoleon. The supplier was experiencing delays in deliveries but they kept us informed so we could manage our contractor who was to install the stone around the fireplace. When the unit arrived, Ron called immediately and pick up was arranged. Installation was a snap. Our sunroom now has great ambience...in addition to warmth from the Napoleon fireplace. Ron and James kept engaged throughout the entire transaction and delivery period. They were great to deal with and we recommend Topfire as a friendly, service-oriented place to do business.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and very friendly. They are also well stocked. I needed a part for my gas fireplace. I called 5 other places, some of these were parts suppliers" but none one carried the part I needed (an piezo igniter). Topfire had it. Picked it up

Highly recommend visiting Topfire if you are looking for a BBQ. It is family owned and run, you will never get this attention at a big box store. They spent the time to answer all the questions to make sure we made the right decision.
