This is my second year living in a peaceful apparemment. Stirling Place really takes care of you like family. Any problem gets resolved very quickly and with professionalism. The manager (Coco) and staff are extremely helpful, friendly and kind, making your lifestyle so much more enjoyable. Stirling Place Living with peace of mind.

I was a tenant, for almost 5 years at Stirling place. In the last year, it has gone down hill, nothing is updated, the building is run down. They don't ever clean the hallways, wash the walls or clean the carpets. The carpets in the hallway need to be replaced. The garbage can outside is always over flowing with trash every where. They are now dealing with a cockroach infestation. Which they do not have under control. I have even found some in the laundry room and in the hallways. Due to this problem for health conditions for my children & lack of space I had to break my lease move. in which the property manager had over changed me for cleaning when in fact it was cleaner then we I had moved in. I even asked if she was able to retrieve my mail for me hold on to it, so I can come pick it up. The property manager refused to.

Rating and review changed from 4 stars to 1 due to change in office management and lack of care for tenants and the property. This place used to be great. It was clean and well kept. Since Rebecca has left it’s gone downhill. Office management doesn’t return calls, emails or letters when requested, they have allowed a tenant above me to disrupt me at all hours over the course of a year which has resulted in multiple calls to the police by myself and other tenants. Pest infestations are getting out of control. I had never seen a mouse or cockroach in the past 4 years and now there are all over the place. I’ve had both in my suite in the last 14 months. I can’t say I’m surprised; they allow tenants to keep garbage in the hallways after all. The carpets are torn and frayed, the walls are dirty and both buildings smell horrible. Looking forward to the day I leave

This is a very calm and clean property to live in. The house keeper for this property makes every effort to keep the property nice and clean.The office staff is super friendly and supportive. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed. I highly recommend Stirling place.

I've been associated with this property for over 5 years. I can honestly say that the staff has always been friendly, professional and always has strived to provide a lovely safe home for all the residents of this complex. This complex would make a lovely home for any single person or family.

Me and my husband have lived here for 6 years, our rent is very affordable, the staff are attentive and try their hardest to please us. The area is very safe, and the atmosphere here is quiet and enjoyable. We are close to multiple schools, religious buildings, rec center that offers a free outside skating rink in the winter. And gorgeous lake across the street. We have 2 big ets stations, also very close to two different grocery stores, and 3 malls are within a 20 minute or less drive. We highly recommend moving here.

Coco is the sweetest landlady I’ve ever had… she always asks how we are when we pass by and cares about our well being. Lovely hard working lady♥️
