After working out with other trainers over the years, Jay is hands down the best trainer! Jay holds you accountable both inside and outside of the gym with your fitness goals and nutrition. Jay is everything you want in a trainer! Since 2018, Jay has helped me push towards every goal I've set for myself, whether it's getting lean or increasing muscle mass. He's great at motivating you to never quit reaching for your fitness goals, and I've managed to lift weights heavier than I ever thought possible just by cheering on from the side and providing lifestyle advice. I've been training with Jay for over a year now, and he is definitely the best trainer out there! He has helped me become so much more confident in myself physically and mentally. I've been able to reach so many of my fitness goals, and lift way heavier then I had ever attempted by myself.I was extremely injury-prone prior to training with Jay, and he made sure to prioritize mobility with me, and I haven't had any injury since. He is extremely knowledgable with both fitness and nutrition. I was vey intimidated with nutrition, and I didn't think I would be able to follow macros and calories. He gradually made changes to my nutrition goals, which made it so much more practical and easier to follow along.I'm so excited to continue to train with Jay! It's been such a great journey so far, and I can't wait to keep pushing myself to reach my goals with Jay's help.

in early 2021 when things started to slowly open up, i contacted Jay to start personal training. The first conversation i had with Jay, he was so knowledgeable, professional and understood what my goals were and i felt confident investing in him as a coach - he has many years of experience in training and nutrition and is 100% professional at all times (however, can be witty and fun too - even 530 in the morning!). He is so knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and helped me with a nutrition plan to ensure i reach my nutritional goals for my wedding and also continues to follows up to check in on nutritional progress (even when sick and mia from the gym). In terms of work outs - I have had experiences with other trainers where i would get severe back pains after doing a squat - ever since i started with Jay, i have yet to experience any back pain or injuries because he really pays attention to form. He plans his workouts according to my goals and really has pushed me beyond what I thought i was capable of. Post wedding, i experienced so many changes and it hindered my fitness progress but Jay was really kind and understood what i was going through and accommodated me while i adjusted to a new lifestyle. He motivated me to get back to the gym and now i am finally back in a routine with my work outs and nutrition - and could not have done it without him - if you are looking for a professional trainer who is 100% honest and cares about his clients (in and outside of the gym) he is your guy! I have been going to him consistently for almost 2 years and it is totally worth it and plan to continue my fitness journey with him! 11/10

Jay has been an entrusted partner and fitness guru for achieving my fitness goals. What I have achieved in a few months with Jay's help, I couldn't do it in two years of working out on my own. Jay helped push my limits to the next level, fix my form, educating and reinforcing on diet (vegetarian) and cardio/weights-training equation, exactly what I needed. Needless to say, I felt safer increasing the intensity of my workouts with Jay, despite having some back issues.Thanks, Jay! Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with you!!
