Very disappointed with the service that I received from Combined Mortgage. I was treated strictly as a commission and it was hands down the most dehumanizing customer experience of my life. My broker was very difficult to reach when I had questions and provided me false information on multiple occasions. I was told I would be approved in 24-48 hours and it ended up being over two weeks. As such, I had to pay a substantial rush fee to my lawyer to rush the documents in order to close on time, all due to Combined Mortgage failing to deliver on their approval time. When I presented them with my frustrations and the financial losses I had incurred, they refused to make the situation right or offer any compensation. I would not recommenced their services (or lack thereof) to anybody. It's a buyers market out there, shop around for someone else.

I contacted Combined Mortgage looking for some general information regarding current interest rates and qualifying for a new mortgage. I found the team at Combined Mortgage to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they provided additional advice to help me move forward in the home buying process. At no point did I feel pressured to use their services even though they had taken the time to speak with me.

Very unprofessional service, does not answer calls. And uses excuse that he is on the phone all day so too busy to take calls, He said I was approved 3 times then said no, I spent a lot of money fulfilling his requests due to him saying I would be approved and then he failed to deliver. Very unprofessional service.

I've been using Combined Mortgage for more than 10 years and have received 5 star service each and every time. I completely trust the team at Combined Mortgage for my financing needs and would recommend them without hesitation.
