Trisan Construction

I Just Wanted to Sincerely Thank Trisan Construction for their Act of kindness and Generosity. I am a Stump Grinder and Tree Service guy, and I was working in Schomberg this Saturday when my Machine broke down and unfortunately could not get it to move out of a customers property. I was down and out for the count. Not really knowing what I was gonna do. So I drove out leaving my machine behind. I drove away and soon passed by Trisan Construction. I walked into the Company’s office to see they were having a board meeting. This nice lady came to the front and kindly said they were closed for the day, She asked me what I needed and I said I was thinking of possibly renting a piece of equipment to Lift my Stump grinder out of my customers driveway and back on to my landscape trailer as it weighs 600lbs. Knowing they were closed and having a meeting I was down and out. A gentleman followed me outside and Called his yard to see if anyone was still there and said I need a loader to Main st. I Said man thanks so much what do I owe you. He said you blew your motor on your machine today. Take your wife for a nice dinner. I was Speechless. So I just wanted to say Thank you Trisan Construction Office management and loader operator. Hats off to hero’sCheers

If I could rate this company a 0 i would. Littered throughout the entire company on every level is unproffesional, arrogant and distasteful individuals who operate and run this company like it's their own personal playground. Their is a serious lack of organization.

Approximately 3 years ago Trisan Construction was in my neighbourhood re-doing all the sidewalks. A received a letter in the mail saying that Trisan is doing the sidewalks and that they would also do private driveways for an additional cost. My driveway is cracking and quite a few pieces are gone because they did not correctly space the cement around my house. The slabs of cement closest to my house are not sloped correctly and as a result we are beginning to have some water issues. There is also a huge crack all the way through 3-4 slabs of concrete. I have had 4-5 of the most reputable Homestar concrete contractors come by to give a quote and I was urged to try and contact the original construction company. I thought I was in safe hands considering the City of Toronto was using Trisan to replace the sidewalks. If you do some research on Trisan you will find that they were banned for approximately 2 years from bidding on projects by the City of Toronto because of poor quality workmanship. My driveway was done very near to the the time that City of Toronto banned them. I did my due diligence and sent approximately 8-10 emails, left 5-6 voicemails to try and reach someone at Trisan. Never got a single call back or a response.

Inconsiderate people who work at this company believe they are something bigger then they are. Never had a good experience yet with them out of Schomberg or Alliston area. Complete arrogance and treat their customers like trash.

Good night, I worked in this company for a month and two weeks, the other two weeks I spent at home waiting for an answer from the boss and they didn't give it to me, and I don't know why I was at home and not working, until I went to the office for an explanation of what was happening and even when I arrived I saw the head of the company and he did not want to attend, that is why I decided to leave the company I do not recommend that you do not come to this company, it is the worst company for the that in the past they left me without a job and I'm still at home, bad hope

Very rude and terrible company. Good that city is switching out this terrible company.

Hey geniuses at corporate, you not only destroyed Sandy Beach Road surface in Pickering but also drive off the shoulder in the dirt destroying grass and spilling gravel/sand/soil all over the road on a daily basis for 6 months straight. This is disturbingly unprofessional and creates a dust cloud after each passing car.We live here, we use this road, and breath this air, thanks!If the road surface is not cleaned up shortly you WILL be reported to BBB, to Pickering by-law enforcement officers, Pickering roads and parking department.FIX IT NOW!

They did construction in front of my house (Burhamthorpe and Renforth) my garden is completely ruined, then I asked them to remove it and put grass on, but well they refused it. Now they just left my unfixed front yard without restoring it. Can't even get on hold with their supervisor. Their workers are very rude, unprofessional.

So today, me and my 5 yearold daughter decided we will go for pancakes for breakfast to Mr. Big at The Collegeway and Glen Erin. Trying to cross the driveway/fire lane in front of the restaurant we had to walk around because someone parked a small snow plow/tractor right in the storefront. While doing that I had to go through a pile of snow and fell, dragging my kid with me. I thought very nice of the guy who drives that thing(It had TRISAN stickers on it).40 minutes later, while in the middle of a meal this rude guy(he had his dirty workboots on the opposing chair at the restaurant!) gets up, puts his jacket on and walks out and gets into the tractor and drives off. That thing was idling with keys in it for 40+ minutes!!!!!!!!Didn't we have a case in Toronto last year that a mentally ill person stole a RUNNING/IDLING snow plow with keys in it and drove over a police officer killing him?????How incompetent, unprofessional and selfish of your employees.So, very nice of your employees TRISAN, to be rude, block fire lane access, and cause accidents, just so he can sit with his feet up and eat eggs.I would have given you 0/ZERO stars for the review but i can't, google doesnt allow me.
