Dainty Edible Images

If I could leave zero stars I would. In my 5+ years in the baking industry, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I made an edible image order and specifically asked for the size I need. I got a completely different size (7 by 8 inch) when I asked for 11 by 8.5. After telling him that the image has no use to me since it doesn’t fit my cake, he did not want to refund me and claimed he told me the size in a PDF which clearly I can’t see the size or even reopen the image. After discussing the issue with him he had the audacity to call ME unprofessional. This is disgusting behaviour and as a customer and a person in the baking industry, this is not how you treat customers. May I add that I never even got the order or my money back. What a scam.
