False advertising not 24 hours towing.

Absolutely terrible service. I fully disclosed the situation before they came and they still couldn't pull my car. They also charged me 40 dollars to move his truck to get his truck out of the way so someone more qualified could take over.

Telephone not in service

Called on Friday to pick up vehicle that was broke down on tch to drop off at dealer. Monday called dealer no record of vehicle. These guys r telling me it was dropped off and my credit card was charged. Owner can not verify today that vehicle was even picked up let alone dropped off. The guy who works the night shift apparently did it and he's asleep. Great service....NOT. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

Absolute worst service I have ever had. My starter gave out and had to get my car towed to the garage. I called them and he said he would be there in 20 minutes because he had to drive from paradise. An hour later he still wasn't there so I called again. Again, he said he would be no later then 20 minutes. Another hour went by so I called again because I had an appointment at the garage that was about 200 ft away. After waiting 3 1/2 hours they finally showed up. The driver knew nothing about it until 20 minutes prior when he got the call. I missed my appointment as the garage closed and had to go the weekend with no car.If you are looking for a reliable towing company, this is not it.

Good service I recommend them

Got a price quote by providing excact locations. When it was delivered they decided to jack up the price $20. Told me it was still a good deal! Very unprofessional and more like F-

Their driver told my brother they he was on his way. Almost three hours later he shows up. Absolutely rediculous. The only thing good that came out of this was the driver gave my brother a flat rate compared to other tow companies. He towed my truck all the way from Stavanger drive to clarenville. For this I am grateful. If he had showed up like he said he would the ratings would have been better.

Absolute worst service -- never delivered. After arranging for the collection and delivery of vehicle, was left waiting an hour and a half after being assured the driver was enroute. Had a bad feeling given lax voice on phone, but this is clearly a game this company likes to play (reading other reviews). Not only did they not come through but botched the whole transaction due to their delays when I could have used a proper towing service
